Quality Inn

Great location for our off-site family gathering. Close to shopping & other services. Rooms were clean. The elevator was slow at times (when few other customers had checked in) & the carpet was worn & frayed, especially close to the elevator.

The place has a lodge feel with the constant fireplace running. Staff were super friendly and our room was clean. Beds were firm for those who like firm beds and down pillows. Not that far from the hospital for family to stay. Breakfast was simple but convenient. The place needs a little updating with the carpet but it’s still nice to stay at.

Very disappointed because the hot tub was broken and the indoor pool was cold as well as the room. My kids were looking forward to the swim but it wasn’t as warm as an indoor pool area should be. Customer service by the employees was excellent! Very kind, helpful, and attentive to keeping breakfast area stocked and clean. One employee even came to bring treats to our dog.

The staff were excellent. Inviting kind and helpful. Gina worked hard to make breakfast a good experience. The pool was perfect for traveling with my kids. Clean and well maintained. The breakfast was okay appreciated the coffee being available throughout the day. A little out of the way for our plans but worth it for the pool and the price The towels were fresh and soft. Linens was clean Caret a little older. Overall a good experience I’d stay here again

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Included the always handy small fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Small seating area with mini-couch and coffee table was also a plus. Housekeeping was very pleasant and helpful whenever we had a need. The ladies brought plenty of extra towels while our grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. Roomcard required in elevator so there was some add'l security. Plenty of parking available at all times. Some parts could use updating/remodeling. Overall a decent mid-range hotel. I'd stay there again.

My family of 8 got stuck trying head home to Hood River, we had just landed at PDX and i84 was closed and the alternate routes were to scary to drive so we decided to stay the night here and it was wonderful. The breakfast could have had more options but overall a great stay.

The business center was out of order, the swimming pool was closed, our microwave did not work, and the breakfast was terrible. Only had waffles, hardboiled eggs, cereal, packaged muffins, and cranberry juice. No other options. Overall disappointing especially for the kids. Will NOT stay here again. No of these issues were listed on the property website and staff did not apologize for the inconvenience.

The hotel was a good place to stop on our way home to Vegas. But what made the stay that night was the gentleman at the front desk name “Brock”, he was so courteous and friendly and never stopped helping me. I told him that my family and I are going to Multnomah falls the next day and that’s why we were here in Oregon. Went back to my car to get our luggage and my family and as I walked back towards the front desk, Brock already printed out directions and trails and what to do around that location and I never asked him to do that. I’ve stayed in many hotels and never got treatment like this, even when we stayed at Lake Tahoe and the rooms were $500.00 a night. Once again Thank You Brock for making our stay so very special, even if it was for one night and I hope to see you again when I’m in town and you better be there, lol.
