The area of the hotel does not appear safe. When we parked on the street there was a ton of broken glass and you only can park if you use valet with the hotel if your not parking in the street. The surrounding area doesn’t feel safe and a lot of buildings are boarded up and a lot of tents. The staff at the hotel were very sweet and kind. My kids enjoyed the pool.

Very clean, well kept along with classy and professional service. Also, it was close to downtown and to a lot of interesting places to eat and explore. I would definitely refer family and friends to the courtyard!
