Hotel Grand Stark

Everyone was super friendly and provided the best service when needed. I loved the feel of our room, a retro chic vibe. I was looking for a unique property to stay and this hotel delivered. I loved the rain head shower and colors of the room. My husband found the bed very comfortable. I stayed with my husband and 5 month old and we were comfortable the whole time. I will say there is no microwave or parking lot. We always found close by parking and used the kitty parking app to pay the meter. There was construction going on during our stay, but the side we were on had a water tank, so that noise was a good white noise for our baby and me. They had places close walking distant. All the places we went to eat at we drove too and that was a short 5-10 minute drive from the hotel too. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Flew in from out of state with my family. Rented 3 rooms for the weekend. Did not say one night. Unaware of the outer cleanliness surrounding of the building. Felt unsafe with my children. I offered to pay for 1st night but host with an unprofessional attitude refused to refund or try to accommodate finding us somewhere new. Extremely disappointed with the hotel photos. Misleading. This trip cost me double the price and a waste of my time for needing to find new hotels.

Wonderful stay with family. Flight was cancelled due to snow storm. Staff very friendly, helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend
