The check in process was a disaster. They couldn't find our reservation using any method because it was booked through hotels.com. We had our itinerary number, copy of paid receipt, and all the details. We had to wait over an hour for them to figure it out while we waited in lobby with our toddler.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it exuded tranquility, and the staff provided exceptional service. Despite initial reservations prompted by some negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the delightful breakfast offerings and the overall hospitality extended to us. The hotel's surroundings offer a plethora of activities, with a picturesque waterfront for leisurely strolls and convenient access to bus and train stations. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for families and pet owners alike.

Hotel was alright but the pool was full of rowdy kids. I guess because of spring break . Breakfast was terrible.

I typically look forward to staying at hotels in the Marriott family, so I’ll chalk this experience as a one-off. First, the desk receptionist did not smile, I wondered whether the bed linens were clean (hair on the sheets) and to top it off, the kitchen staff didn’t arrive, so no breakfast. It won’t stop me from giving this hotel a second chance.

The room was clean and spacious even with 2 children. The neighborhood and parking was not safe at all. Our car along with other 5 cars parked across the hotel got broken into.
