Our family of three enjoyed this property overall. The location is fantastic, and we were given a room overlooking the river, which was lovely. The complimentary drinks were much appreciated. Our room with two double beds was on the small side but had everything we needed. We weren’t huge fans of the bedding - it was really difficult to manage for two people. I would say this is a fine property for a short stay.

We are here for the Shamrock Race (5K, 8K, 15K, and half marathon) tomorrow, and this is *the perfect* location for the race! Also, the hospitality staff added some balloons and a beautiful card to our room as my son's birthday is tomorrow. We will definitely come back!! The suite is big & perfect for our family.

Enjoyed our stay during the CHRISTMAS holidays because of the close proximity to many attractions downtown, including (in house) Bottle + Kitchen, Mama Mia Trattoria, Portland Art Museum, Behind the Museum Cafe, Pioneer Place, Tom McCall Waterfront Park, Caffe Umbria, Bistro Alder. Our room overlooked the ice skating rink under a tent (located on the west side of the Morrison Bridge) that provided another holiday destination for families to come downtown. We loved being able to walk pretty much anywhere, including across nearby bridges.

This was not at all a safe and appropriate place to stay with the kids and I was traveling with 2 8 and 4 years old kids. The kids were not able to breathe properly because of the drug and smoke smell inside the lobby, room, and outside the hotel. I really regret booking this hotel also would have appreciated it if Expedia and flag this as not for families with kids.

Rooms was small with no space for 3 cases in the family room. Only two cups and towels even though family was staying in the family room. No air conditioning as it was broken for the whole of the three days we was there. Restaurant was closed due to staff shortages for two of the three days we was there. Weird duvet covers, two singles on a double bed. Floors was dirty in the bedroom.

Do not bother staying here. The front desk girl looked annoyed when I asked her about some additional charges on my invoice. I booked a waterfront room. A huge tree blocked the entire window. My room was dusty. Bathroom was not very cleaned. The hotel is right across from a homeless encampment. Do not walk at night. At one point, a man pulled his pants down in front on me and my kids. Downtown Portland is overridden with transients. Many businesses have moved out and buildings are vacant. It is not safe for families. I loved Portland pre-Covid, but it is no longer the same cool hipster city.
