We booked this hotel for a family one night stay. The pool was closed for maintenance from 8pm and 10am which didn’t let our kids enjoy it. Pool was one of the reason we booked this property. The breakfast was also not appetizing, my son states the sausage look suspect. Breakfast attendant was very helpful, check in quick and easy and extra pillows delivered timely.

The service was incredible and the suite was perfect for our family. We loved the views! The breakfast was superb with many options to choose from. The only small issue we had was there was hair and a ponytail holder in one of the window sills. Other than that, it was excellent!

4 night family stay. The room was great. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and a table big enough to eat off. Had views of the river and the city. Had a living room and separate bedroom with comfy bed and tv. Valet service was quick and easy, just a text when you're ready to go. Indoor pool convenient as well. Only small complaint was lack of usb ports and outlets for devices, and not a lot of channels if you're in the room a lot.

The Hyatt House was exceptional. The location of the hotel is in a perfect place. Walking distance to the river, many delicious restaurants and only about a 6 minute drive to almost anywhere in town. The king suite was the best size for a family. Pull out couch and a wall/tv divider between the beds for everyones privacy. 10/10 will be coming back.

Loveeee the text valet. We text from the room and by the time we get down to the lobby the car is ready and waiting for us. Super convenient with two kids and a bunch of bags. Love the kitchen since we have a baby and need to wash bottles and pumps.

Good Stuff: I don't know if all the rooms are like this but the one we had was a Queen bed with pull-out couch. It had a mini-kitchen with fridge and plenty of room. The shower was amazing. The staff was awesome, it felt really safe to be there, breakfast had a lot of options, and it was clean. Stuff you should know: There is no parking on-site so you either need to use the valet ($49 / day), park on the street, or use a parking garage down the street ($24 / day). There are two parking garages within easy walking distance. The pull-out would be Ok for 1 or two kids. But if you are an adult and perhaps on the heavier side (like me ;) ) the pull-out wasn't really comfortable. Not a knock on the Hyatt House, but a commentary on pull-out beds in general. I thought we got a great value and would stay there again.

Please don’t let diaper-wearing tots in the pool - it’s not a kiddie pool! Too deep and it’s not possible to clean adequately.
