We booked this hotel for a family one night stay. The pool was closed for maintenance from 8pm and 10am which didn’t let our kids enjoy it. Pool was one of the reason we booked this property. The breakfast was also not appetizing, my son states the sausage look suspect. Breakfast attendant was very helpful, check in quick and easy and extra pillows delivered timely.

The service was incredible and the suite was perfect for our family. We loved the views! The breakfast was superb with many options to choose from. The only small issue we had was there was hair and a ponytail holder in one of the window sills. Other than that, it was excellent!

The Hyatt House in Portland was great!! The design was modern and clean. The breakfast was convenient with a lot of options. The area felt safe and it was super close to the water. There were a few shops and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. We stayed here 3 nights as a family of 4. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel experience especially if traveling with family. It was really nice to have a kitchenette and refrigerator. The beds were sooooo comfy and the proximity to the river walk was perfect. We also liked the rooftop garden. The breakfast was okay. The usual instant scrambled eggs and dry potatoes but the oatmeal and coffee were great. We will be back for sure.

Comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had kitchenette with stove, mini refridge, microwave, dishwasher and essential utensils which was great for simple meals. Shared outdoor grill was available to use. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, easily taken to go. Parking expensive but worth peace of mind, and only took about 10 mins to get in our car after texting the valet. Location is right along river, has public transit stop very close, and didn't have homeless outside. We enjoyed the indoor pool (no jacuzzi) and gym. Filtered water was available in the gym and near breakfast area. Highly recommended!

4 night family stay. The room was great. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and a table big enough to eat off. Had views of the river and the city. Had a living room and separate bedroom with comfy bed and tv. Valet service was quick and easy, just a text when you're ready to go. Indoor pool convenient as well. Only small complaint was lack of usb ports and outlets for devices, and not a lot of channels if you're in the room a lot.

The Hyatt House was exceptional. The location of the hotel is in a perfect place. Walking distance to the river, many delicious restaurants and only about a 6 minute drive to almost anywhere in town. The king suite was the best size for a family. Pull out couch and a wall/tv divider between the beds for everyones privacy. 10/10 will be coming back.

The staff were so friendly, and when the upstairs family couldn’t get their children to quit making lots of noise, they happily moved us to a quieter room!

Loveeee the text valet. We text from the room and by the time we get down to the lobby the car is ready and waiting for us. Super convenient with two kids and a bunch of bags. Love the kitchen since we have a baby and need to wash bottles and pumps.
