My family and I stayed at your hotel for a family event. Overall our staying at the Hilton was a fun, smooth experience. Very thankful for the accommodations in order for my children and I to stay in the same room.

We arrived late at the property and check in line was long as there was only 1 front staff working at the time. No parking on premises. After checking in, it took over an hour to get some extra beddings when we were so exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Noise and substance control discipline do not exist at this property. I have a respiratory problem and there is constant small of marijuana and vapa. The next door was so nosy (kids running around, laughing, and banging toys on the shared walls) around 1am. We called the front several times and they said they will control but no discipline. We have requested to move our room to another but the hotel offered much smaller room. Not what we have paid for. This property is not suitable for small children like mine. The only thing that was good was the Hopcity restaurant and its staff. The staff Yuko made our day.

My family and I live in Longview wa and once a month we randomly make a one to two day stay in Portland just to get away. We mostly stay in nice high end hotels in Portland. Our visit to the Hilton was hands down the worst experience thus far. To start we booked a king size bed with a corner view. What we received was a queen bed in the smallest room on earth. We had our seven year old daughter with so my wife requested a rollaway bed. The response we received was “well we don’t typically offer that. If that’s something you must have we’re going to charge you $25.” When I went down to the front desk they had young teenagers in street clothes who seemed less interested in helping me with my situation and more interested in joking around and talking with her friends. It only got worse from there. We had dinner reservations at 7:20 and when we tried to call up our car from valet it took them over 40 minutes to pull my car up. After we returned from dinner, walking down the hall to our hotel room a strong odor of cigarette and marijuana was present in the hallway, and in several of the rooms you could hear loud noises as if somebody was having a party. I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels in the past, and I can say Barun. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the Hilton Nel and I highly doubt I’ll ever return.

Seems the security regarding door dash is questionable. When i ordered my dinner the night i stayed it was able to come up to my room...when ordering coffee and donuts to take home to family i was told i had to come down to the front desk to grab them. Theu wouldnt allow it to be delivered to my room, nor would theu brung it up themselves. Also no courtesy call to tell me about ut. Just had to hope for message/call from the delivery driver.

Upon arrival it took 30 minutes for us just to check in to receive our keys. Once we made it to our room it smelled like cigarettes. We have a newborn baby and asked to switch rooms for her safety. While at our original room and our new room we asked two separate times for a mini fridge to be brought to our room to store our daughter’s bottles and my breast milk and never received it. Our new room’s ceiling was bubbling and leaking in the bathroom and an orange substance was coming down from the ceiling directly above where we were air drying our daughter’s washed bottles. Overall I’d say this was not a good experience and won’t be staying there again.

Terrible experience. Extremely extremely disappointed. Never been so disappointed with even a cheap motel. 3 day stay, and had to switch 3 different rooms because heater wasn’t working. 3rd room did not have even have a bathroom lock (with 3 people staying in room). Is this a Hilton hotel or a hostel? Will never stay in Hilton ever. Never. Just canceled future reservation. Will write a negative review on online sites and NOT recommend to friends, family, business associates.

First issue is that there was no self parking so we ended up having to pay the valet parking rate so we could use the EV charging. Second issue is that the bathroom had no toilet paper, the toilet seat was up (like a man had used it) and the toilet paper holder was broken and laying on the counter. There was shampoo and soap but no conditioner or lotion in our room. In our childrens room there was all of those but 4 different brands. Very odd. The room temperature was hard to regulate and the fan was noisy. And the bed sink in the middle. Definitely unimpressed with this hotel.
