We spent one night in a “family” room with one king and two queens and three generations. The L-shaped room was very spacious; including a chair and a table with two chairs, fridge and microwave. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone thought it was one of the most comfortable places they’d ever stayed. Plus: the breakfast buffet was well-stocked and well-tended.

We liked the location nice front desk people the breakfast was awsome and the lady that helps at breakfast was awesome we were traveling with our children and it was very family friendly only thing that maybe could be changed was light of entrance of our room didnt completely turn off so it was like a night light and we are not used to having a light on but everything else was clean and comfortable

Free Breakfast was limited but very delicious. Property was 10/10 cleanliness. They had decorations on for halloween and had free trick or treat candies out for quests. Snacks for us to purchase were not expensive at all. My kids wanted to watch Youtube or streaming but the TV was very basic. Wish they had Amazon firestick or Roku or something for us to borrow but its really no biggy. Workers were top notch helpful and friendly. 10/10 overall. Would stay at again.

We appreciate that they hire diverse, mature staff, not like other hotels who hire high school age kids who don't know much and some really don't care to be helpful.

1. Not very pleasant experience. Lost headphone attached to iphone adapter which was lying on a bed after housekeeping cleaned the room. Reported to front desk, she didn't care and gave very cold response, doesn't even care to check with housekeeping or with Landry people. 2. Couple of guys very high on drugs are hanging in lobby and sitting in front of front desk and nobody seems to do anything, feel unsafe especially young kids and ladies.

Was there due to a family emergency. The staff were all fantastic. They were polite and helpful. The coffee is always filled and ready any time which we appreciated as we were back and forth to the hospital. The beds and black out curtains made, it comfortable to sleep any time of day or night In a time of need this was a nice place to be as a family.

We stayed in a room with a king and two doubles. It was a great size for teenage kids with parents. I only wish hotels had better pillows!
