We stopped just for an overnight break on our way home from a visit to family in Klamath Falls. Very nice hotel with a nice swimming pool and a very good free breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but will keep this in mind for our next family visit. The room above us was a bit noisy around 9-10:30, could hear lots of footsteps walking and running around but then settled and was not a problem the rest of the night. Overall a nice place, good restaurant 5 minutes away, easy return to highway 97, would stay again.

We usually stay here while visiting family in area. The hotel is well kept & clean. However on our latest visit the breakfast provided was sub-par. We tried to get breakfast @8:00, there were no proteins, eggs or potatoes. The attendant acted bothered to refill anything & many people were hungry & lined up. I’m not sure what her problem was..please find someone else to do her job!

This was a great family trip in and around Madras. My only complaint was young children causing the jets in the spa to stop. I think they forced the buttons. They were there unsupervised and that is a bad idea.

I went on cacation i only get to take vacation every few years i decided to take the family to covpalisades and it was booked so we stayed here and there was bedbugs in our room me my wife and kids kept getting bites..im a certified pest control professional had my own buisness for years and this room had bedbugs very disgusting i was not happy at all and it was exoensive..tv didnt work and the room phone was Broken i was very disappointed..had to treat all of our stuff and my wifes brand new car to make sure we didnt bring them back into our home. We had no idea what to expect. From the moment we walked through the doors until the moment we checked out, we felt that this is where we belonged. Front desk was so inviting and welcoming. The elevator was quiet and smooth. Our room was clean and had all the amenities one would expect. Breakfast was amazing. I have raves about the Inn at Cross Keys to my children and grandchildren and to friends. Gorgeous views. Manicured landscaping. It does not disappoint on any level.

Very clean, great amenities, everything we needed for an overnight on a family road trip. The hot breakfast bar was great and really added value for our family. The beds were comfortable and there was a sweet patio/lawn area with heaters and BBQ to hang out in the back. The hotel was a fantastic value, we'd definitely stay again!

Very nice property, my family and I were there for a baseball tournament. We got in very late, but the gal checking us in was fantastic. Overall our stay was very nice, our room would not cool down though, so we ended up having to have the window open our whole stay, we were on the 3rd floor, so it wasn't a big deal. Did tell the manager as we were leaving, was very nice and ensured us it would get looked at for the next guest.
