The front desk was cheerful when checkont me in. The water that flowed into the shower had a brown hue. When we entered our room it had a very strong perfume smell that was unpleasant. My husband and I have asthma and this caused us some discomfort. We booked our room for 4 people, two adults and two children. There were only three standard sized towls in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask about getting two more towels and was told she had to go get some from the laundry and to give her some time. She said she would bring them to our room. She never delivered the towels.

We will totally stay at this hotel again if we are in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great! The whole family enjoyed swimming and the hot tub. The pool was surprisingly warm. Overall very pleased with our stay! Thanks!
