It's a nice place, with a lot nearby for food options. Klamath falls is very picturesque. And our room was spacious and pet friendly, but there were a few stands in the carpet and a distinct smell. Not intolerable, just noticeable. Otherwise the hotel is quiet and feels safe for families. The staff was nice, but there is no breakfast and the restaurant has been closed for a long time. That's not a game changer for me, but I overheard another guest who was quite angry and felt like were misled about the restaurant.

The pillows were amazing! I actually contemplated purchasing one. Overall everything was clean in the room. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Close to dining. Well stay again someday.

We liked the Shilo Inn Anne Suites initially but we had trouble sleeping because the room was very noisy. There must have be a child jumping around above us and them someone was coming and going from their room until 2 am and we could hear the door loudly close.

It was my husband and I with our two young boys, aside from needing extra bath towels after a long day of adventuring the accommodations were perfect. It was close to the highway access we needed to visit family and shopping centers. Will definitely be coming back next summer

The ladies at the front desk were great, had problems withthe reservations and being overbooked but they took care of us... property is worn, voiced a couple of complaints about the kids upstairs running non-stop, the staff said they contacted the people but the noise continued....

Absolutely perfect, a moderately priced hotel, exceedingly clean and comfortable, There was no on site restaurant or lounge, but ample restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. High quality and value for the money, very family friendly, competent and cheerful staff

Modest functional hotel with no frills that was exactly what our family of five needed on our road trip from CA to ID. We stayed overnight both directions of our trip and plan to stay again in the future.

The property is a bit dated but acceptable condition. You get what you pay for here. Great value for families trying to find a decent place for low cost. Please note this property seemed far better than some of the options we saw. Restaurant and Lounge was closed. Ice machines on the second and third floor did not work. Thank you Shilo for honoring veterans.

We have stayed at this location 3 times all of which were better than this time. Down for college graduation. The card reader was down and couldn’t check in on time, other family members could not check in as well. Our son is allergic to dogs and it was obvious by his reaction they allow dogs (considering there was a dog running around the front lobby and office. Super noisy neighbors above us (which I know is not the property’s fault). 2nd & 3rd floor ice machines were not working. Lastly, disappointed that the loung & restaurant had closed. Over all it was fairly clean but felt there needed to be more staff checking guests in, 1 person was not enough!
