Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Klamath Falls

property was well maintained and well lit. everything was new. rooms were clean and neat. will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fairly new hotel so very clean. I will say if the pool is a deciding factor in your hotel search, keep the following in mind… it’s indoor, warm room and heated. All great things but the pool is very small. My daughter and I had a fun time swimming but with just one other family and their kids in the area it was crazy and crowded.

Room was a good size for our family of 5. The front desk was helpful and informative. The area was good with access to restaurants and stores.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! My family was only there for one night, but that one night was amazing! Highlights… So many walkable dining options, the view of the lake, clean pool and gym, comfortable beds, excellent “on the go” breakfast, love the small convenient store in the lobby and most of all, the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely visit the staff was great and while the pool was small it was just what the kids needed!

Housekeeping did not leave us new towels, despite us taking steps to insure they would. Had to ask front desk for towels. Also had to ask front desk for toilet paper. Someone threw up in the elevator and my family and I had to avoid stepping in it.

The room was very small. We had 3 plus 1 child. Not enough room to move around, no cold water in the tiny sink area, 3 towels & 2 rags for 4 of us & very small shelf type kitchen (microwave, fridge, coffee maker with 1 coffee, no sugar & etc.) The staff were fabulous but the room was not worth the high weekday price. We made it work for 2 nights.

The first night was awful. Screaming children all night. Second night was quiet & good.

Very nice hotel with beautiful lake view. Loved the fireplace in the lobby, all the historic Klamath Falls decor (logging/saw mill town), and the firepit/seating on the large patio. Great hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, bagels/english muffins, yogurt, and a wide variety of toppings for the oatmeal. And, they have a wonderful fitness center with exercise machines (treadmills have TVs!), yoga mats, balance ball, etc. which all overlook the lovely lake view. Everything was wonderful except...no hot tub! Are you kidding me? This upscale Marriot hotel has the smallest pool I've ever seen (think residential size, maybe smaller) and no hot tub! I imagine it's the nicest hotel in Klamath Falls and I would certainly stay here again, but it was shocking and disappointing to find out there was no hot tub on premises.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The view on the lake side is nice. The smoke alarm light was bright , flashed frequently, and disrupted my sleep. The breakfast was limited and some supplies ran out one of the mornings. The pool seemed great for kids (and it was crowded a lot of the time), but not useful for adults.
