Best Western Plus Olympic Inn

We checked in late and my kids, my husband and I were really tired. I know that the frontdesk is just doing her job, but she was so snippy and even arched her brows on us when she confirmed that we were just staying overnight. Klamath Falls has been our pitstop when we do roadtrips from WA to CA. I will never use this hotel anymore, I’d rather stay in Holiday Inn across the road.

The hotel was nice, we really enjoyed our stay there. the breakfast was awesome, my kids liked the hot chocolate and cookies at night. The only problem was the spider webs all over the ceiling.

I’ve been staying here for years when I come to visit family. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

you price gouge every family that came for graduation. $350 per night for Klamath Falls is a joke

Pro's. Location, friendliness, ample parking. Reception people were courteous and friendly Con's. Non really. We were on a mission to get to a family event so did not stick around for the breakfast but assume it was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was a little outdated but still nice. The bed was super comfortable. If you are staying with your family I highly recommend staying here.

We were disappointed that since we stayed here last time, they no longer have glassware, silverware or plates. Now it’s all plastic and paper in the breakfast area and the rooms. Also the breakfast food was not nearly as good as it was during previous stays. Cookies were still good! Tiles were stained on tile floor in our room, and the molding was coming off the bathroom door. We were concerned that the windows open wide, without child safety features. The front desk personnel were very friendly.

Definitely recommend to my friends and family!!! Room was clean, bed was comfortable and food was great! Except they accidentally cut off my WiFi before I checked out.

The second you walk into the hotel, I noticed the smell. The halls smell, the room smells. I am not a smell expert, so all I can say is it was overwhelmingly chemically. Our entire family commented on it. There was a 3 ft long sticky substance across the horrible carpet. Dirt in corners everywhere. The toilet was semi-functional with a seat on it that hadn’t been replaced in far too long. A/C unit sounded like a rocket ship takeoff. We paid approximately $750 for two nights due to “simple supply and demand.” The fact that all the wildfire firefighters and possible evacuees probably had nothing to do with it. It kind of seemed like price gouging, but we were there because of an unexpected death in the family, so we had few options.
