Comfort Inn & Suites Klamath Falls

We arrived into town early. I completely understand that there is a ‘check in’ time. Although… any time I’ve asked for an early check in anywhere, I’ve gotten it. The struggle I think here was that a cleaning staffer was covering the from desk -and- doing the laundry in the room next to it. She just let me know they needed time to clean all the rooms. OK… I get it. So we ran around town a bit and ran out of things to do, so we went back. No one was running the desk. There was a sign about returning in 5 minutes. We sat in the lobby for 10 and then I started walking around to see I could find someone. So we just sat. Someone finally arrived. Someone else was at the desk waiting. The person answered all their questions and she offered them to check them in early. Hmmm. They didn’t want to stay because the pool was out of service and they had kids that wanted to swim… they left. I walked up to the desk and asked if we (with reservations) could check in now, or need to wait. She looked at me and said we could if the room was ready. I get that, although she knew they were to offer the ‘non-reserved’ couple a room before looking(?). Odd. All in all… the non-front desk staff were great. Friendly, quick, courteous, and kind. Our only struggle was the ‘first impression’.

Pool is not heated and is freezing (don't let the beautiful pictures fool you). The hot tub was broken as were the bathrooms in the pool area. Breakfast was out of a couple of things (not very busy) and couldn't find anyone that was helping to ask for refills (waffle batter). The breakfast room is huge but only have, I think, four tables. At check-in they send me to our room, and I step in and the beds have been slept in and there are towels on the floor. I go back to the desk to tell him the room hasn't been cleaned and instead of apologizing he asks me several follow-up questions, as if to question whether I was telling the truth. He then complained about the cleaning staff, and told me he would up grade me for free because they didn't have any other double need rooms (not really an upgrade, kids had to sleep on a sofa bed instead of a real bed). Still never apologized. The other room was clean, but rooms are not will maintained.

Loved this place! Will stay here everytime while visiting family. Perfect in every way.

The room was clean and the pool/spa was clean. The door states the pool is open 24 hours, but it wasn't so that was disappointing for my kids. Breakfast was good, wish there was a water dispenser for reusable canteens but otherwise we had a great stay.

I booked this for my daughter and grandkids. They absolutely adored it and had great fun. They loved the breakfast as well.

I read quite a few reviews that said this place was terrible, and i just dont get it. Check in was fast and efficient, hotel room was spotless as was the lobby and common walkways. Parking is well lit and immaculately clean. Couldnt hear anything through the walls, despite having neighbors with kids. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

Evening receptionist was rude and used foul language to our group. And then had the nerve to scold out children.
