Homewood Suites Medford

Overall a pretty nice property, stayed for a week . Good location , nice room. Didn’t get room service for 4 days until I asked for it and was told that was their basic policy, after that the room was serviced remaining days. Didn’t take advantage of the complimentary evening happy hours as was busy everyday with family so can’t comment- but each morning in the breakfast area they were consistently out of something each morning, it varied from coffee to eggs , bread products ( bagels etc ) , bacon , etc. what was provided was average at best ( when available)

Last minute gem if you ask me. With a large family we appreciate an affordable suite with kitchen to save money.

Love the decor at the hotel for the holidays. Have stayed here for years now due to the spacious rooms and especially the last couple of years when I have had to use a whhelchair/scooter chair. It was all good during this stay till the the vent in the bathroom ceiling fell out and right onto my head while I was at the sink getting ready. Luckily it was hard plastic and not metal. I did get knocked pretty good but not enough to go to the hospital, just gave me a headache for awhile. I did take a picture and report it to the front desk and showed them when I checked out. They were pretty surprised but expressed that they were glad I was not seriously hurt. It did make a good story to tell our friends and family that we met up with later. I will stay here again but will be watchful in the bathroom. Also, it would be good for someone to sit in the handicapped accessible shower and see how difficult it is to reach the wall mounted soap and shampoo unless you have arms like a monkey. It would be nicer if they were mounted lower and possibly find a way to make them closer to the bench in the shower. Other than that we really like staying at the Homewood Suites when we come over from Klamath Falls.

Great room layout for the entire family

Loved our stay here with family.. room was very spacious. Would stay here again.

Our suite was like a small apartment, with a full refrigerator, dish washer, kitchen counter and sink. The room arrangements worker well, for us--two families.

We chose this hotel because it would fit our 6 person family and because it had a pool and hot tub. The room was descent, no complaints. The pool was closed because the hot tub had been filled with concrete that day. We were able to walk across the street and use the other hotels pool so kids were happy. The elevator and the outside bbq area absolutely wreaked of alcohol and weed which transmitted throughout the hotel. Not exactly what I had hoped for. Won’t be staying at a Hilton hotel again.

This hotel has always been our first choice when traveling to Medford for family events. It is due for an update in a big way, looking very tired. I love the large suites with a living/dining/kitchen area and the large bedrooms and bathrooms but it has declined over the years. Our king mattress was uncomfortable but the queens were good. Our TV didn’t work and we were missing a bedside lamp, no fans in the bathrooms kept smells around. The free breakfast was great as usual and the seating very comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance and when opened was cold and unbalanced. We were able to use the pool next door but walking across the parking lot when snowing outside was very chilly. I felt like we should have been told when we checked in. The key cards were a mess and we had to continually get them re-keyed to get in the buildings and our room forcing us to walk around the whole building to get in. I’m looking forward to the refresh of a great hotel because it needs it.

Room was so spacious and loved the two bedrooms with 3 beds so kids had their own. Only complaint was pee all over kids bathroom and hair in tub so bathroom didn’t get cleaned

The property was overall ok the breakfast was great! The thin walls were awful we had two different families stay above us and they were so loud. the second family we called on because we were woken up at like 11 pm and the front desk just said oh they just checked in they should settle down but that was not the case. Ask for the top floor if you stay here!!!
