Hampton Inn Medford

Hotel is clean, outside well maintained, pool is nice. Service however was lacking. If breakfast is supposed to run until ten the doors should not be shut without warning at 9:45. The attendant shouldn't laugh when someone asks if there is food left. We were lucky that we had gotten food for ourselves and our children before the doors were shut but others not so much. Really disappointing as we have come to rely on Hampton Inn for consistent service.

We only spent one night and it was great. Check in lady was really nice. Jacuzzi Was out of order but the kids had fun in the pool.

I was unaware that I couldn't have 2 dogs there and then my room in the bathroom had a pill on the bathroom floor then they charged me extra because they claimed my dog went to the bathroom in the room .... My dog is 11 years old and had not had an accident in the house since he was a puppy and I leave him at home while I'm at work all day.... Thank goodness I did not have my children with me because children put things in there mouth and I would have died if they would have put the pill in there mouth thinking it was candy.... The hot tub hasn't worked in at least 8 months and I was looking forward to that. I stayed there 8 months ago and it wasn't working either... I am very disappointed and will not return especially after the extra charges I occurred... I was also a house keeper before so everyone I leave a hotel I bundle everything together and clean the room so house keeping has to do the minimum... Very upsetting!!
