Best Western Horizon Inn

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but the toilet was tiny. Felt like I was using a child’s toilet. Me and my 83 year old mom were on the ground floor and the floor above us was noisy at times. Breakfast was great and had a lot of choices.

People in surrounding rooms included upstairs were very loud after 12am. Kept waking my baby. Made it difficult to sleep. Otherwise everything upon check in was great. Room was spacious and clean.

The person at the front desk put us in a lesser room than was paid for. The photos did NOT represent the room at all. We booked a king suite and were assigned to a double queen standard room. We moved our bags up and down flights of stairs late at night with a 1 yr old in tow. They still only gave us a jr suite rather than regular as booked. Orbitz asked for photos to verify, then reception stopped answering the phone when orbitz tried to followup. Aweful staff. Not accomodating, false advertizing. Room was dingy, stale smelling, sub par. Could not let the baby walk around and touch anything. Carpet is beyond gross. By the time we got off the phone trying to sort everything it was so late we had no other options but to lysol everything and try to sleep. There is a black bear diner in the parking lot so that may be a benefit but i would avoid this place at all costs. Shady.

Great place for families-my son loved making waffles at the breakfast bar and enjoyed the pool. Great location close to kid friendly activities in Medford

The pool is very heated which was much appreciated by the kids. It is right across from a dog park which my dog appreciated. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and kind. Free breakfast was good and hot. Coffee was good down at the breakfast bar.
