Stayed at this location overnight for an early morning flight. The staff at the counter were very courteous, and helpful. The facility is clean, but does appear to be a little dated. Our room was on the second floor, and there does not appear to be an elevator. Not that big of a deal if you only have a backpack or carry-on, but traveling with a small family means several bags had to be carried up the stairs. The beds were sagging a little in the middle, but I've slept in worse. I would stay here again, but it would not be my first choice

The staff at this hotel is poorly trained and very uncomfortable. I told the desk clerk that I was checking in early because I needed to sleep for an early flight. I asked for the quietest part of the hotel and was told that they were not busy so any part will be quiet. I woke a couple hours later with screaming and jumping children next door. It took 3 calls over a span of 45 frustrating minutes to solve this problem. Of course after that I wasnt able to sleep. I called later to ask the name of the manager to complain and I was refused that information. The hotel is an older hotel with very thin walls, but freshly painted. You'll hear the neighbor's TV, and of course their kids.
