We were visiting family and stayed 4 nights. The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was probably the best complementary hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The hotel had Complementary cookies and water For us at any time we needed period the grocery store was close and freeway on and off or close as well. I would stay there again and again. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so welcomed and pleasant.

I booked this hotel during the 2024 Portland I've sworn where my home lost power. We needed a pet friendly hotel, and this was a good price and not too far from my house. The staff were super nice and helpful, were able to check me in hours before normal check in time, and my beds had hella pillows. I would go to this hotel again, and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Not a bad place, though I agree with some other reviews, not a typical Hampton for quality. The location is strange, right next to the freeway (but still quiet) with sort of a strange in-the-middle-of-nowhere vibe. There are lots of folks wandering around the area (the post office is across the street). Not much beyond fast food in the vicinity, but the room was nice, the linens and amenities decent, and the price was reasonable. The staff was VERY friendly ... probably fine for a business trip but not the place for family.

Stayed two nights for a volleyball tournament in the area, got no sleep both nights because the people next door had a kid who was crying the whole night, two nights straight. We called the front desk at 5am and nothing changed, the adult in the room was swearing non stop and yelling at the kid to stop crying. So as far as our experience at this hotel it was terrible, wall were paper thin and management didn’t do much to help with the noise.

I don't recommend this place if you want views or things to walk to. It worked for me because I have family in Clackamas and Milwaukie, and it's right between. Convenient to freeway; short drive to the airport, etc. Easy drive into Portland. So the location is good in that way. Very friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Good free coffee!

While this property seemed like an updated hotel, we definitely had some issues. Right away, walking into our room, it smelled like a mens locker room. We called the front desk to try and move rooms, but they did not have another king room. We weren't going to go down to 2 queens because we had kids sleeping with us this trip. Then we go to close the curtains, and...THEY DONT SHUT! The sheer curtains closed, but the track for the blackout curtains stop right at the window edge. And parking lights are RIGHT outside the window. So I had bright lights in my face all night long. It was horrible. Breakfast was ok. I wish they would give vegetarian options for eggs instead of making everything with meat inside. On the plus side, the employees were friendly. However, we probably wouldn't stay here again.

We found the hotel to be extremely well kept. Although a fee is charged for your pet, it is obvious the hotel has put a lot of thought into welcoming them and providing for your pet, including treats at check-in, useful printed information and a special pet area outside, so important to us who travel with their furry kids. Location was very convenient for us. I'd like to commend the associate, German, who checked us in and never failed to greet us when we returned to the lobby. We would definitely stay her again.
