Hampton Inn & Suites Bend

The front desk staff was very welcoming and kind. The pool was great, my kids loved it. Breakfast was hearty and more than I expected. Some of the seats in the breakfast area were really worn and needed to be replaced. Other than that the esthetic was modern and clean. The room and beds were comfortable and clean.

Location, location, location! Easy access to the river, concert venue, and lots of hiking trails, coupled with great staff at the hotel. It is a well-kept, family friendly facility. Appreciated being able to bring our furry baby with us!

This was a great hotel for an overnight stay for my family of 4. There was plenty of room in the room, comfy beds, a great breakfast and friendly staff. My boys loved the pool and my husband and I tried out the hot tub, but it wasn't as hot as I would have liked, only warm. The best part was it was next to a walking path on the river and lots of great little shops. It's a beautiful area, very walkable. We plan to come back for sure!

Basically it was a nice stay. However, the mattresses in our room were obviously old and lumpy. It seemed as if some kids had fun jumping on it. stained pillows too. the lady at the front desk as we checked out..was kind of rude. my husband enjoyed the breakfast...and the coffee was ok

The room was very nice and clean, very good breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, the pool area was very clean, very nice and friendly staff and the location is great, safe and walking distance to shopping and dining area. It is very nice hotel for family with kids and we will definitely come back to visit.

I had to have major surgery at st. Charles hospital in Bend. I was looking forward to getting back to my room (we had reserved for 6 days) and having peace and quiet before we had to start back home which is 132 miles away from Bend. Not once not twice, but three times the fire alarm went off in the building in two days time. This alarm was so loud that it could have raise the dead. I am so very thankful that our overall safety was/is of concern, but this happened two days in a row with no explanation. One of our family members which was staying in a different room was giving a reason that there was a water leak which was sitting off the alarm. We did have other family members staying at the hotel that were less than pleased, not to mentioned scared to death. This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at while we are in Bend, and will stay again, but I am sure hoping that our next stay is not as eventful.

It was a place to stay for a short winter family vacation. Jet tub didn’t work, other than that- all was great!

Our family enjoyed stay in a 2 queen bed room. We liked the saltwater pool. Hopefully the hot tub will be available soon. It was closed for repairs. The staff was friendly from check out, whenever we were walking in and out of the hotel to check out. My husband, son and I all liked the wide variety of foods served at the breakfast served from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
