This hotel is just by the downtown area, so you can easily walk to shops and dining. The kids loved the pool, and the rooms were nice. What made our stay was how helpful and nice the staff were. Our hire car broke down and they were only too happy to help and accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again!!

No free wi-fi that's for sure... however, the location is amazing walk down the steps from the parking lot and you're literally down town Bend. The shops and restaurants are all so close. We took our four kids to the local Deuschets pub got dinner and a couple drinks and walked back to our room. Laundry is $2 to wash and $2 to dry kind of expensive.

When we arrived, we learned they had bumped our family of five up to a two room suite. Our kids were thrilled and we were grateful for the kind gesture. We loved the location to downtown and the easy walking to distance to restaurants, shops, and parks.

very spacious and comfortable family suite. perfect location 5 min walk to the centre of bend. would highly recommend it.we had an overnight stay with minimal staff contact so not long enough to rate service but any staff contact was very pleasant and helpful. beautiful hotel foyer

My family loved this hotel. The beds were so comfortable! My kids loved the pool and spa. I thought the continental breakfast was much better than many I have had at other hotels. I really liked that breakfast was offered until 10 am. Most places I have stayed, the breakfast is only offered earlier in the morning.
