Hilton Garden Inn Bend

So close to the river and nice shopping/dining options. We even got a free concert from across the river our second night. It was still audible with the windows closed but my family was easily able to read our books. Easy and flat walk/ride to the downtown too. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was really nice. Very clean and friendly staff! We drove up from California and my husband ended up getting vertigo. So we had to stay in one whole day while he recovered. But since the hotel was really comfortable I didnt mind. It is right behind the Old Mills Shopping Center. There were some good shops and some decent food options. The only thing I would say was a downer was the view. We paid extra for the balcony river view. Its more like kiddie corner to the 'river'. It didnt seem like a river, it felt more like a large canal. You get more of a view of the back of buildings and if you turn your head to the left you can see some of the water. Mostly noticeable because the flags help mark the spot. So I wouldnt upgrade, in my opinion. The hotel besides that is fantastic.

A perfect place to stay in Bend. Very clean, nice pool, great breakfast and fantastic location. The family loved it!

We were barely able to sleep, as the occupants in the next room were so loud from 3AM on. So much for relaxing and taking advantage of late checkout. Called the front desk to complain about the excessive noise, of which he did nothing. Seemed more angry I was complaining than actually taking action. Believe his name was Tyler. Spoke to him on my way out as well, did not seem to care at all. I’m sure it’s a touchy subject to let other guests know they are being too loud, but I’m sorry, letting your kids scream and cry, run up and down the hotel hallways while other guests are sleeping is unacceptable. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly, our room was exceptional. I would definitely stay again & recommend to friends & family!

Great hotel and the location couldn't be any better at the Old Mill District. This is a newer hotel with all the amenities a family could need. Full breakfast, gym, pool and wifi. Our kids loved the daily 5pm cookies. We already have suggested to go back with our neighbors and will use this hotel from now on every time we go to Bend.
