SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bend

Pool was full of small children so we couldn't use it as they were agents of chaos. Should be another place for kids to go pee

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a variety. Pool was great and hot tub was nice. Gym was nice. Our TV only had a select few channels that worked the first night we were there. Our room phone had the busy tone every time we tried to call the front desk so we had to go downstairs when we needed something. I told the front desk but there wasn’t much resolution. The walls are paper thin, we got a room on the 4th floor (away from all the families staying there for the wrestling tournament that weekend) and still got woken up early by people with kids next door. Parking $15 a night to park in the parking lot but we should have parked near the curb and walked a little closer. Would do things a little differently but I think we would consider staying again for the location.

The property was very clean and the staff was fantastic! My kids loved the pool and hot tub area. The restaurant only has appetizers but fantastic drinks! Would definitely recommend for people with or without kiddos. I give this property an A .
