Best Western Premier Peppertree Inn at Bend

I like a lot about this hotel. Clean property. Easy parking. Feels safe. Quiet. Grass and nearby paths for walking the dog. The XL room with one King, two Queens, and a large bathroom was very comfortable for my family and dog. Fireplace was a nice touch. Pub food was tasty and a good value. I wish check in (4pm) was an hour earlier. Would definitely return.

This hotel was one of my families favourite on the entire trip. We loved the pool, hot tub and gym. Our room was very clean and so spacious. Breakfast was fantastic. Our kids loved the pancake maker and us adults loved the choices we had for coffee/tea/latte. It is located in a beautiful spot. We were watching deer playing around in the area. We will be booking again.

Visited family in Touchmark and very convenient for the visit.

I come once of year to the state of Oregon and only stay at the Peppertree. The staff is great, you can dine there, and most importantly I feel safe with my kids there. Last the pool is great.

Great hotel. Unhappy with the housekeeping situation. We were only provided 3 towels to begin with, for a party of 4. When we went down to the front desk (because our phone didn't work, which no one ever came to fix despite me telling front desk about it) and asked for more towels, they said they were all being washed and they'd bring them up when dry. This never happened. We put our trash can in the hallway as directed, but staff took the entire trash can instead of just emptying it. So we had 1 trash can for a room with 4 people including 2 small children, and I didn't put it out in the hallway because I was afraid it would just be taken instead of emptied.

Complete staff was friendly and accommodating. Was given quality recommendations on things to do in the nearby area. My children loved the indoor pool/hot tub.

The overall stay was fantastic. The meds were comfortable. The pool was hot and working which seems to be a rare thing in hotels nowadays. The breakfast was mediocre. They didn't even have stock of what they were advertising. Although it was good to eat and my kids enjoyed it! The location was my favorite part minutes away from everything yet far enough to not be super packed and busy!

This hotel is pretty new but still basic accommodations. Don’t daily housekeeping, it’s very seven days. Breakfast is typical. No real suite like sitting. We booked the room with a king and two queens and that worked well for a family.

We enjoyed our stay here. Only downside was that the continental breakfast wasn’t great. Then, the 2nd morning, they had run out of quite a few things, making it even harder for my picky children to choose something they would eat. The pool temp was also cold. Otherwise, it was good. Friendly staff. Good service. Clean

Receptionists are friendly and helpful, have smiles. Great breakfast, friendly staff. It would be a convenient place for guests with dogs even though I don't own. When I reported a noisy neighbor room occupant to the front desk after 10:30pm, a lady walked back with me right away to remind the guest, twice, the 2nd time after 11pm the first night. It was unfortunate that my family had a neighbor who liked to talk on the phone after 9pm loudly for about 2 hours; all 3 nights we were staying.
