This was a wonderful place to stay to be in the city area close, but feel as though you were in the mountains and nature! A beautiful stream runs through the property and both sides are accessed by a bridge with flowers. The rooms for families with children are great! The two bunks above two queens is brilliant! And the room is still large. The pools were enjoyed by grandkids and we even did smores one night. We normally like to book a place with a breakfast included, but felt there was more to do here and a breakfast is not a biggie for us.

A great property we stayed with family that traveled up from Cali. Was a great meeting place with bar, food, pool table, and a great swimming pool. Staff was very friendly! Great service. I booked the bigger room with bunk beds. There was so much space in there. It was perfect. Highly recommend if traveling to Bend!

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the parking was limited due to massive storage container. Loved the bunk bed rooms for families and the staff was all very helpful.

A nice spacious room, with comfortable bed. I wish i had gotten a room with a view. The front of house staff was very welcoming upon check-in. Good that i stayed on 2nd floor. The room doors closes without a momentum to slow it down, there for children or inconsiderate guess slams the door a lot.

Very great experience. Had the Bunk Bed room because there was 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids LOVED the bunk beds and we did not feel crowded at all. Also loved the bathroom with the extra sink outside of the bathroom. Made it easy for all 5 of us to get ready in the morning.

We had stayed here a few years back and it was fine, but not as convenient as some of the downtown properties so we had not hurried back...but I was really surprised at the wonderful upgrades they have made! We especially loved the bunk bed room for our family (and forgot how spacious the rooms are!), as well as smaller things like tons of outlets, bench by the door, and a fan in the bathroom (which hotels never seem to have anymore). Everything was clean and staff were lovely. Definitely recommend and we'll be staying here more often.

We live right down the street and come here for a staycation with our kids every now and then, because they have such fun events. It’s a beautiful property, clean rooms with a fireplace and the relaxing sound of the river that you can see right off the rooms balcony. This December we did breakfast with the Grinch in their huge, gorgeous restaurant and our children loved it. My only bit of feedback would be they need a bathroom closer to the indoor pool, especially for guests whose hotel is across the river in the dead of winter. Makes me wonder where all the pee is going when a guest doesn’t want to make the trek back like we had to?

Will not stay there. The toilet has pee all over the side of it. I requested that it be cleaned the next day. It did not get done. Who knows how clean the floors are. Based on my experience I will not subject my family to it. The management failed and enough about cleaning crew. Also got charged $65 for resort fees. What resort? It’s just a hotel on the river

Not kid friendly even though there are rooms with bunk beds. Room with fire place smelled like smoke- from previous use- very strong (like a casino in Vegas).
