This was a wonderful place to stay to be in the city area close, but feel as though you were in the mountains and nature! A beautiful stream runs through the property and both sides are accessed by a bridge with flowers. The rooms for families with children are great! The two bunks above two queens is brilliant! And the room is still large. The pools were enjoyed by grandkids and we even did smores one night. We normally like to book a place with a breakfast included, but felt there was more to do here and a breakfast is not a biggie for us.

Beautiful property. Located next to river. Has dining and bar available. Indoor and Outdoor pool. Lots of construction so maybe updating areas. The pool did not have towels, phone in room was NOT connected so couldn't call front desk or housekeeping. Bathroom floor had sand on it. Bed were very comfortable. Room was cozy. Lock on slider was broken, and screen door was off tracks. I think great location and options for families and or on own. Close to shopping, bike trails, floating river.

We had a great stay at the Riverhouse Lodge. We went to eat at the restaurant on site at 7:55pm and the hostess was a little dismissive. She told us that it would be a 25 mins wait (for two adults and one child), which we responded to her we were fine with. I asked if they needed my name or number, which she replied if we just sat in the bar/lounge area we would be able to be served quicker, because they take the last seating at 8:30… at that point we just decided to sit in the lounge. It would’ve been nice to have enjoyed our meal at a table or on the patio, but the gentleman who did serve us while we were in the lounge was very attentive and polite. Overall enjoyed our stay, just word of advice to the hostesses to not project that they feel as if the restaurant customers are a nuisance.

We had no idea the property was under construction. So getting in and around was impossible with our vehicle. Parking by are room was a nightmare. There was one spot left and it was tight. Now lets get to the nitty gritty of the night. The AC didn't work in our room. Set at 66 was 73 At 930, we.called for maintenance and the guy, very nice came in about 30mins or so and tried to fix it. He couldn't. So he gave us the tiniest of fans. Let it be known we had a two queen with twin beds over them room. So its fairly big room. That little fan wasn't going to do anything. Even the maintenance guy said he was going to call the front desk and see what they can do about compensation in the morning. That night we all sweated, me, my husband, my kids were soaked along with the pillows. Hope they wash them. The filter also in the unit was disgusting and the maintenance guy did put it back in after we took it out btw. To top it all off the bathroom door didnt lock. The only positives were the beds were nice, room was clean. I picked this place thinking it would have nice views and etc. The morning we asked about some sort of compensation since we went through expdiea the front desk lady said I quote "cant refund you the whole room cause of 3rd party." She gave us the resort fee but then told us to call Expedia to handle more. Also the whole time was snotty about it, but I did what she said and then the hotel said resort fee was enough for the AC not working.

A great property we stayed with family that traveled up from Cali. Was a great meeting place with bar, food, pool table, and a great swimming pool. Staff was very friendly! Great service. I booked the bigger room with bunk beds. There was so much space in there. It was perfect. Highly recommend if traveling to Bend!

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the parking was limited due to massive storage container. Loved the bunk bed rooms for families and the staff was all very helpful.

A nice spacious room, with comfortable bed. I wish i had gotten a room with a view. The front of house staff was very welcoming upon check-in. Good that i stayed on 2nd floor. The room doors closes without a momentum to slow it down, there for children or inconsiderate guess slams the door a lot.
