Governor's Suites Hotel Oklahoma City Airport Area

Our stay a the Governor's Suite was fantastic. We have referred all our friends and family. 2 of our friends have stayed there, and have enjoyed it. We'll be staying there from now on.

It was an great experience my family loved the atmosphere and also the decor was excellent

I always appreciate when a hotel is run independently from many of the chains out there. The great plus is how this hotel is run by a family that does a great job of making their guests feel appreciated and welcomed. That said, the facilities are dated circa early nineties, and while clean, a renovation would be in order. One surprise that is not common among most hotels is the charge per person, per room. Not a big deal, but an unwelcome surprise upon checkin. As for the breakfast, the staff was mindful of replacing food items and coffee as needed, though the overall offerings were probably on par with hotels of this nature. The AC unit was right next to the bed which caused a bit of a problem with sleeping in the bed closest to it. Appreciate having an AC unit for sure, but having the vent next to my head is a recipe for a less than pleasant sleep.

10 night stay. Super friendly staff and quiet room with comfortable bed. Hot breakfast buffet along with juices and coffee included with room. Several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would stay here again.

Very nice family run hotel. Clean except pool needed some TLC.

It was a little strange. I thought it was going to be a cute, family owned boutique hotel. It was a time and space warp. It felt like a hotel in another country. Not bad, by any means, just a unexpected in OKC.

The kids, and I really enjoyed are stay their.they had almost everything you could think of on the room service menu. It was quiet smelled like a fragrance n beautiful we took lots of pictures .

Stayed here with my parents over the weekend. We had come into town for a funeral. We checked in and honestly were impressed at first and besides this incident the stay was comfortable but the harassment I received when going to the front desk when my key wasn’t working was honestly so unnecessary. As he is fixing my key card he proceeded to say “ and how many guests are in the room?” “ I proceed to say 3, noticing he wasn’t quite satisfied with that answer I told him he was welcome to check. He proceeds to say I was asking because you are not allowed to have “unregistered” guests in your room after 10 pm. He was referring to family that had come back to the hotel so we could spend time together and talk about everything cause it was more central than families houses in the area. We were respectful and kept our voices down and no noise complaints or any unruly and destructive behavior occurred. I responded with an apology and said I was never made aware of that. Mind you some of my family are smokers so we were in out from outside passing him each time, several times after 10 pm going and returning from our room. He said not one thing but felt the need to question me at 4 o clock in the morning with an attitude after burying a loved one. I told him why we had guest so late and told him we were just trying to spend trike together as this was a shock. He the basically was ok have a good night. I went back to my room in tears because of the manner in which he spoke time, he was

Had a great time. Very comfortable for a family trip.

Breakfast started at 6 a.m. Got to the serving area at 6:50 & not a drop of coffee had been made & the juice machine was broken. There was a man in the hall ouside our room all night (family of staff?) plugged into the power outlet and talking on the phone. Wont be back
