Fairy clean. But overall a little run down. didn't use pool but din't look inviting. Room was clean but hotel smelled of curry. The ice machine was broken and they offered no assistance with this issue. Also, breakfast was minimal at best. It was OK for a place to sleep but wouldn't recommend it for a family stay or vacation.

Check was fast & easy upon arrival. The next day i went to go get my kids from their grandparents we went swimming and then went to the room & then got ready & left. I ended up having them stay with their grandparents because not even us being in the room for 10 minutes a receptionist said we got a noise complaint from the people below us and when i went downstairs i noticed the receptionist was below us. My twins are 3 years & my daughter turned 8…. It wasn’t a very kid friendly hotel cause please tell me how I’m able to keep my kids from making noise & having fun

Unfortunately the surrounding is very noise with a club nearby, also kids screaming at the pool without supervision and the staff not really putting attention until another customer complained, a car parked near our winding with the music pretty loud I had to ask the management to help and they did send the security person, but honestly looks like people staying there was careless about their noise. Sad because the facility is nice and the staff very friendly and helpful

This was a lovely motel with wonderful employees. We entered “service animals welcome” in our search criteria because our daughter has a service dog to assist with seizures. When we arrived, the motel wasn’t pet friendly. Service animals are not pets but are classified as medical equipment, so they are welcome everywhere. However, the desk staff wasn’t sure. She went to ask the manager who quickly and kindly told her the service dog was welcome, and she accommodated us with kindness. It was an opportunity for her to learn the law. We probably would’ve tried to have chosen a motel that was also pet friendly if we had thought about it since they’re already used to pets. However, this motel made us feel very welcomed and at home. You could tell the regulars who stay were line family. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The room spelled like dog. Stains on carpet and chairs.The roomcould use a really go cleaning. The people were friendly and the breakfast was tolerable . They should let you know during booking that there is a $100.00 deposit. Would I recommend this hotel,absolutely not. I understand people have to take their kids to work but they should not be allowed to run up and the down the hallway or in the rooms when it occupied by guest and their parents are cleaning.

The family in the next room has had a child crying almost continuously for the last 15 hours. This work me up several times at night but couldn't call the front desk becaus the phone next to the bed was not even plugged in or functional. Called the front desk in the morning from another phone to discuss it, but they said since we booked through Expedia they couldn't help us. Very disappointing evening with little rest. The bathroom door jam and walls were also dirty and stained. It was gross.

Not your typical Country Inn and Suites. There is only one very slow elevator that sounded like it was about to die. Breakfast was adequate. There appear to be several family members of the owners living in the inn, with as many as 11 children playing in and around the building.We would not return.

I enjoyed the stay, but there were like kids on every floor, and when I was in my room they would look nice on the door and run away, often tones screaming and running through the halls. and when I was in the pool like 6 were staring through the windows outside and through the main door. It was very odd. But it was a very nice stay otherwise!

First of all, the pool and the pool room are disgusting. While we were swimming we found several hair balls in the pool. It smelled like fish and the bathroom in the swimming area was so dirty! Once we started going to bed one of my children had an accident with one of the comforters so we called the front desk and they said they would bring another one in 5 minutes, we waited about 25 before calling again and then they finally brought us a bottom sheet....... after we asked for another comforter TWICE! The pillows suck and the best wasn’t the best. I personally would never stay at this hotel again but if you wanna take your chances go ahead.
