Every staff member was absolutely delightful and helpful. Two issues: numerous flies in the evening complementary hors d’oeuvre “bar”. The food -carrotts/celery- looked like it had been out multiple times previously. Impressive breakfast though! The main problem I had was with a large black-and-white dog in the lobby. A woman placed her dog next to the center walkway. Other people with dogs could not pass. The dog lunged at everyone including, kids, all men and the waiter, who was trying to take her order and later bring her food. It was absolutely ridiculous. I could also hear the dog barking when I was in my room. I understand that some hotels take dogs, but I did not ever imagine that a standard poodle and an and this other large dog. I could also hear the dog barking in my room. I understand that some hotels take dogs, but I did not ever imagine that a standard poodle and an and this other large dog would have been allowed. I imagine it would have been difficult for the hospital staff to ask her to, relocate her dog away from the main walkway. She seemed to really enjoy the attention. I will not stay with you again because although I’m dog lover and own them myself, I cannot imagine bringing my large dogs to a Hilton hotel.

Mold was all around the shower. There were sport teams of young kids staying there and were running and screaming in the lobby until 11pm, making it impossible to enjoy a cocktail at the bar,. Staff didnt intervene to quiet them.

This was a very nice hotel as far as cleanliness and appearance. However the two issues we had were the rooms were terribly hot during the night with the set as low as it would go. The second was with the “buffet” breakfast. Certain staff members were very rude about where to go and how it worked. We have never been to a buffet where you just got to pick and they got it for you. There was so many people at breakfast that by the time you make your plates for the whole family and wait in line multiple times we barely got to eat before they closed everything off. We will not be back due to the lack of AC alone.

Adults and kids kept me up running the halls and being loud until 2am. The ice machine on my floor was broken. The door on the fridge in the room was broken

I booked a double bed and when I walked in it was a double bed suite, it looked like every room had a very similar layout. There's a "living room" with a couch, chair, tv, sink and fridge with a door that separated the bedroom and bathroom. Which made it nice so you could close the door to ensure no noise from the hallway or exterior disturbed you while you were sleeping. The next thing I liked was a made to order breakfast bar in the morning, wow, that was awesome, fresh made to order eggs from real eggs not a powder. Or those premade omelettes that are microwaved and put in a heated pan, fresh bacon, sausage and biscuits. Then there's pancakes, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, and various breads. There's juice, soda pop and coffee to wash it all down. I stay in OKC quite a bit and stay in this area because family lives near by, I will not choose another hotel anymore, I've stayed at 6 or 7 other properties, I found the last hotel I'll need. I did not try the exercise room or swimming pool due to time constraints.

Pros: Clean, good breakfast options, happy hour drinks. Spacious, allowing our family space to visit. Quiet, even though near airport. Friendly staff.
Cons: Some wet areas in atrium lobby, from roof leaks and rain. On my last morning there, my room had leaking window that soaked the carpet in front of the window and left moldy look to it. I told staff about it, and they assured me carpet would be cleaned and window sealed.
Overall a good hotel, I'd return there.

I met family members from out of state. The happy hour was great, always enjoy it! The room had a couple issues like I killed a spider on my bed upon arrival & a bathroom wall sconce kept going in & out, sounding like an electrical cracking in the wall…I notified the front desks upon checking out & they thanked me for the notification.

It is an older hotel with some need of updates. Regardless when considering the breakfast, happy hour, etc... the price is very accommodating. However, we were placed in two full beds not queens, pull out was terribly uncomfortable. Noise level allowed to be in lobby was ridiculous. I get that people will gather, but my room unfortunately was 126 just outside the gathering area and people laughed, ran, talked loudly until 2 and 3 in the morning. It would have been fine if I did not have to hear them. Maybe if I did not have to use the pull out to sleep with such small beds, I would not have heard them. Went to use the pool at 1000 on Saturday and it was slimy and smelled. I could not force myself to get in and my kids were mad at me for not allowing them to swim in such nasty water. I hope that it was shocked later to allow others to use it. I sadly did not retry.
