Stayed here for a quick family get away.. Staff was friendly and quick. Room was clean, but did have a musty odor, like someone had been staying in the room with a pet. Bed was fairly comfortable, the room was very spacious. We were there with our one-year-old and four-year-old children. We had no issues with the area around the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, but fine. Pool was fine. Overall, we would stay there again

What a great property! Smoky staff, cleaness from the entrance to the room! Bathroom fully furnished and clean too! The pool was very well maintained! We had a very good fun and slept will me and my kids. Thank you again! Will recommend at 100%

Dirty, trash overflowing, smelled like smoke, rude lady at desk, room ceiling damaged. The bed was ok, which was all I needed because my father was in the hospital. Had any other member of my family been there, we wouldn’t have stayed. Misleading pictures online. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I got a ton of emails asking for my review, with no option to unsubscribe, so here you go.

Facilities are not good. They doesn’t even provide towels for a family who check-in. Breakfast not good mixing water with apple and all kinds of juice. AC sound will keep you awake while night. Overall not recommended for family.

The hotel was clean and our room was nice. The hotel had no Ir conditioning in the main halls and lobbies, our room had no AC on and it was 106F outside. 87 in the hall per their thermostats, and who knows how hot in the room. It took over 4 hours for the room to cool off. The hotel had no fans to offer to the guests. And as you can expect they did not even offer any compensation or deduction for sweating in our rooms, lobby, or even trying to eat breakfast. This should be addressed when scheduling with said hotel or the hotel should contact people letting them no. I would have been happier paying more money to a hotel that my family could actually "relax" in. Not a sauna.
