Hyatt Place Oklahoma City Airport

The staff was nice. However, I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had baby cots in the amenities, I requested it and it wasn’t in the room when I arrived. I’ve stayed at other hotels that will have it in the room before. When I asked, the guy at the front desk was very nice but he said he had to go find it. The room was as clean as it could’ve been, not very well vacuumed, there were pieces of paper or random debris in some corners and the carpet had huge stains. Also, the throw blanket by the couch had some mystery sticky thing with a hair sticking out. It honestly looked like wax. It grossed me out and I really wanted to ask for another room but didn’t want to go through the trouble. It however made me question the cleanliness of everything else. I would not book this place again.

Stayed with family while showing cattle at the state fair. Very nice will stay again.

The hotel is fantastic. We hade stayed there twice before. Once in 2017 for a family reunion; and once more to see my grandmother before she passed. So my mom was insistent to stay there again. The staff was extremely friendly and was beyond helpful in trying to get the tv to work. Eventually it did (software recent upgrade issues with Samsung.) I highly suggest anyone to stay here. Easy walking distance to sonic and other restaurants.

Front desk staff were very rude & condescending. It took them 20 minutes to get my credit card to work even as my wife had the credit card company on the phone & there was not a problem with the card! No micro wave in the room, smokers were hanging out at the main entrance & it was very noisy in our room with kids running up & down the hall until late & lots of mechanical noise all night. $75 / night for dogs. We'll avoid all Hyatt Place forever more!!!!

I was skeptical at first because I seen a few bad reviews. But the positive ones outweighed it. It’s a very nice place, friendly staff. Awesome breakfast rooms are clean. Everything was outstanding. The rooms were fresh and in great shape. We were comfortable my kids loved it also.

The first room i reserved was the court yard by marriot. When we arrived in Oklahoma i called for the shuttle and supposedly it had mechanical issues and said they couldnt pick us up then was told we no longer had a room there for some reason. I asked were they were putting the other people up at amd she said she didnt know and i would get a call soon. Thus is 1am never heard from anyone. Was sruck at the airpirt till 2:30 am with no room and my kids and elderly parents. We ended staying in a cheap and nasty hotel. They were no help pt all and they kept my deposit. Was very upset.

We needed a microwave in the room; we have little ones that needed food warm up constantly; other than that it was great!

There was trash from previous guests under the air conditioning unit. I left it cause didnt want to touch it without gloves. There were several buses full of kids and coaches the first night so the hotel didnt cook enough breakfast. By 8 am it was all gone

Well greeted by front desk, easy check in. When asked about pool, he hesitated but said yes. Took my kids out to the pool but the gate was bolted shut? Went to ask about it and he said it was closed due to the storm. There was no storm. Room was spacious but awkwardly arranged. My son had a giant bug crawl out of the sofa and climb on him, couldn’t confirm what kind of bug as it got away before I could see. There was chips and candy found under our sink. And hair on one of the pillows. The place felt a little outdated and abandoned. But AM front desk and shuttle driver were kind.
