Told parking was complimentary then charged for it a few days later after checkout. Called about it and lady was very rude about it. Telling us all of their hotel sites all over the United States charge for parking. We called other family members that was staying there and found out they wasn’t changed and called hotel back same lady answered i told her about it. in a very hateful tone said she is removing the charges and hung up on me.

We stopped in late night just to sleep on the way to another Destination. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. So much so that we booked another stay for our trip home. The entire hotel was clean, every employee we encountered was so kind. The pool was huge and perfect for the kids to get some energy out. Breakfast was delicious and fresh- the made to order omelets and pancakes were a big hit with my crew.

Was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. When we first checked in the key card maker wasn't working so the manager personally escorted me and my family to our room, and had someone bring us the key when it was ready. The lounge area was amazing my son loved the fountain by the elevators. The room was very clean, and had probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Oklahoma.

As we were checking in I saw a sign that said the pool was closed due to emergency maintenance. We booked this room looking forward to spending some time with our grandchildren playing in the pool. There was no heads up about this before we arrived and no time to cancel and book somewhere else. The room is very dated with some repairs needed on the furniture and in the bathroom. The morning we were scheduled to leave at about 7:30 AM I went out to our car to get something and a guy with a dog went out just before me. I did not know you took dogs. This dog took a big dump on the sidewalk not 15 feet from the front door and then walked in it and tracked it down the sidewalk. I told the front desk when I came back in but when we left at about 9:30 AM the dog poop was still out there. This is not a cheap hotel and I expected better. We will not be staying there in the future.

We had a terrible time checking in. They gave our room to somebody else. When we were checking in, they said we had already checked in and we had not. Not sure why oe how that happened. They gave us another room but it was not the room we had booked. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and they tried to give us one with 1 king. After we had a room, key would not work and had to go back to front desk to get working keys. The man helping us was rude with my wife. I was not there, but he told her to step aside when key would not work and instead of helping her immediately after waiting in line to get helped. All of this happened with 3 kids waiting to get into room. We felt like he was a little rude and was not interestsd in making things right with us, and just wanted to get to other people instead of making things right with us

I always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites, but I especially enjoyed this stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, the breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the evening reception with helpful staff, the kids enjoyed the pool, and, being the holiday season, we loved the decorations. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Everything was excellent from the front desk people to the pool, clean room, clean dining area. Restaurant staff and food was great as well. The kids want to stay there again next time we are in Norman
