This is close to the family we wanted to visit with, so it has been convenient and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and quiet. Appreciate the breakfast they served, good with variety.

I have spent literally thousands of nights in hotels. Out of all of those hotel stays, I have never met a staff so amazing. I will be forever grateful for the kindness the staff showed to me and my family.

First off I want to say that customer service was good. However the facilities were terrible. Our room had duct tape over the outlets, lamps had broken lights bulbs, rust on the door frames, tiles were broken and falling. They advertise a indoor pool so I took my kids and it was FREEZING. I understand it’s January but they had the AC on and the water was cold. Breakfast is either a waffle or cereal. Will not stay at this location again.

Decent place for the price. Clean and good location. Room was big. Beds were ok. Cheap towels. Pull out sofa is only good for small children. My large son found it unusable.

The gentleman checking us in had an extreme smell of unclean BO. I literally went out to the parking lot and threw up a little. He was very nice and looked groomed. He just smelled. The hallways by the elevators were also littered with trash and had tacky spills on them. I had to clean off my shoes in the room. The room itself was comfy and perfect for a quick stay for a large family. No complaints about the room itself.
