There was no specifying that the pool was empty, which is the ONLY thing that my kids wanted to do while we were there. When we tried to get a refund the desk clerk was a unprofessional jerk. We went and paid for another room elsewhere and started a claim with yall.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy 10 min drive to OU campus. Only downside--thin walls! You can hear kids/people running up/down the halls

When we arrived they did not have the room we requested. We reserved a double queen evolution room to have more space. So we had to go into a small room with 2 queen beds and no room to move. The girl at the front desk was very rude as well. She said hot breakfast was included and we reserved the one where we paid more for that. however we checked in on Thursday and they only had cereals, breads, packets of instant oatmeal and a waffle machine. On Tuesday when we Checked out they had sausage eggs biscuits and gravy. When we asked the guy said the cook had been sick or something so he was off. The lady who restocked the breakfast was rude. Every time we needed more towels they were out they said. Since our room was so small we wanted it sit in the lobby and watch the college World Series on that tv and eat dinner. As soon as we sat the guy from the desk came over and as very rude saying that we needed to put everything back exactly where we got It, and he hopes no one spills anything but if they do we are responsible for cleaning it. Obviously if we made a mess I would have cleaned it up. We requested cleaning service on Friday for the weekend and we’re informed that someone was a going in to have a baby and the rooms who had already requested had taken all The available spots. From Thur to tuesday no one cleaned our room. We got sheets to change the beds and had to beg for more than 2 towels. It was ridiculous. The worst experience I have ever had. I travel alot

Excellent hotel! We asked for an early check-in which the hotel willingly provided. Very clean, well maintained, quiet, dark room for sleeping. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Great outdoor playground area for kids. Very family friendly hotel, yet would be good for business travel, as well. FREE extended parking and shuttle to airport, which is a huge money-saver over paying for airport parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families or business travelers.

I booked a king suite which would allow 4 people as it was my husband, myself and our 2 children coming to visit our oldest daughter at OU. When we arrived they only had a king room with no pullout couch and could provide a rollin bed but it was a twin so did not accommodate the 4 people we had. Luckily our kids were able to stay with our oldest daughter on her couch.
