We were family and had 2 seperate rooms. The rooms were very small. We had stayed at a LaQuinta in Florida before and were very pleased so we did not hesitate to book again. This experience was different, we were there for 5 nights and never had a maid service our room except one day to collect trash. We had to go the desk for towels we even bagged our own garbage and handed it to the maid in the hallway. We were told about staff leaving and they would get to us. I run a business and know you do not tell patrons we get to you when we can.

We always stay in this hotel when we visit family in Moore. It usually has construction/remodeling being done. There were some areas on first floor being remodeled. Our room was clean. I think the hotel may have new managers because the normal guest services workers were different. I miss the former workers. The breakfast on Sunday was awful. The only thing available was biscuits and gravy or waffles. We were in the lobby for breakfast by 830a. There should have been other options like bagel, toast or yogurt. Hopefully for our next visit things will be better.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit our family which is at least once a month. Last summer, was our first stay and the hotel was doing remodeling of rooms. Every time, we have stayed there has been remodeling happening. This weekend was no exception. It didn’t affect our stay but the lobby was being remodeled. Also, our room’s shower had no place to put soap, shampoo etc while taking a shower. A newly remodeled room should have those things. Hopefully, it was just an oversight. There was also only one tissue in the box. Again, wasn’t an issue because we were there for one night but that should have been done prior to anyone checking into that room. It’s a nice hotel but a few things need to be addressed.

This stay started off great even though the hot tub stained us green!! All of our towels were full of hairs! At bedtime hairs were found in the bed, the lady was happy to give new sheets but quickly got mad when asked for fresh blankets! The lady serving the terrible food was beyond rude! Also there was not a single roll of toilet paper in our room upon arrival! The cleaning lady appeared to have her child with her which explains why there were still crumbs all over the floor and she was screaming at the baby so loudly we went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper instead of her! This was a 2 room stay and both rooms were dirty!

Booked a queen suite a week in advance for my family’s 2 night stay and when I checked in they had none available. Ended up having to stay in a double queen with 6 people. The front desk person asked if “some of us could sleep on the floor” I refused to let any of us do so, so we slept three to a bed. Then we had to hear a few dogs barking most of the evening a few rooms down from us. They ended up moving us to a suite I originally booked the second night but that room had hair and dirt all over the bathroom, shower door wouldn’t stay closed, and the room door lock was so messed up we almost got lock in. The pool smelt horrible and turned my daughter’s hair green for the first time ever and another guest had the same issue. I have stayed in this same hotel everytime I come to this area but this time it was horrible!!

The hotel is being renovated currently with the hotel rooms already updated. The staff at the hotel were kind, friendly & very helpful. We called & spoke to Debra about checking in a little early to get ready for a wedding. Not only did we get to check in early but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost! Breakfast was hot & tasty. Pool was a hit with the kids. I would recommend this hotel for folks who want a nice, reasonably priced hotel.

I really liked the room, very clean, modern and spacious! The issue I had was the room faced the highway and was incredibly loud, but I am a light sleeper. We used the pool and after 1.5 hour my grandson almost had to go to the hospital due to his eyes burning! He could not keep them open, then my son had the same issue! He is 26 years old. Then whole going to the car we saw another family complaining about the same thing. My family had to leave the trip due to this. This is from poor maintenance to the pool. Something was very wrong with this water. We told the person at front door and he did not care, he said someone would look into it. I had to pay for expensive drops, Benadryl and a lot of time on phone with pharmacist and nurse at urgent care. My grand one has burn marks under his eyes next day and my sun has major swelling for 2 days.

Customer service was awesome I love the Front desk people. What I did not like. Was the door found? Bob was not working half the time so it's really hard to get in our room and when we took a swimming in the swimming pool There was so much chlorine and messed up my family's eyes. Even though for a few we were going to have to take our youngest to the emergency room Because he crying for The rest of the day And kept Trying to pull out his eyeballs.

The website and hotel listing make this seem like a wonderful place. It’s not. The jacuzzi smelled like a wet dog. The walls are paper thin so we were kept awake by the small kids next to us. Then we awoke early to find we were covered in bug bites, we start checking the bed for a spider and find a bed bug. Then we notified the front desk at check out. We were told a manager would contact us and that never happened. This was a small stay-cation to celebrate my partners birthday and it was a total bust. Very disappointing.
