Hampton Inn Mustang

Perfect location to visit family and close to the airport as well! Breakfast opened on time giving us enough time to eat and catch our flight!!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was outstanding. Chris at the front desk was so helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, it was a great stay!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as we visit family once or twice a year. We will no longer be staying at this hotel when in town. We stayed 9 nights with the 1st week booked thru Hotels and the later thru Hilton. We requested the top floor on the back half of the hotel for a quiet room. We were given a 2nd floor room on the noisy street side instead and were told tuff luck we could not move to another room on quiet side of hotel for 5 days. I was about to checkout on 4th day when they said they would move us up stairs to a quiet room. The room we moved into (421) turned out to have a super loud air conditioning unit that would go on and off during the night like a jet engine. When I complained to front desk I was told all the units are like that but the unit in the previous room was not that loud. We did not expect much but the breakfast was inedible. We had my sister meet us at the Starbucks down the street as the lobby/eating area had sticky floors and reeked of a strong cleaner that even the staff were no longer hanging out in the sitting area like they used too. Staff at the front desk were never at their station and were outside or hanging in the back office. Had to wait for them to appear. I requested room cleaning like the mirror said and they said it would be done multiple times but our room was only cleaned once during our 2 week stay. So we decided we had enough and checked out 2 days early and went to another hotel just so we could get a clean room.

The place was amazing. We really enjoyed staying and the location was perfect for our family gathering.

This property was a good spot for our family with two dogs to stay while on a road trip. I was most happy there was a peloton bike in the gym

The stay was great. Everyone there was kind and very helpful. I was there with my family and appreciate the kindness we received from the staff.

The service here was wonderful. We came in very late and were greeted by a charming and helpful night manager. What a blessing after a long, hard day of travel. The free breakfast was good too. Made for an easy start to the day. Our friends live in Tuttle, so Mustang has the closest and nicest place to stay. The only downside, is that this is the nicest place in the area making is subject to EVERYONE wanting to stay there when there are baseball tourney's, etc. in the area. The place was packed and it was noisy there because of all the small children. That is not the fault of the hotel, it just made sleeping challenging since the walls are not that thick. It's a lovely place with lovely people working there.

We booked our stay with hotels.com. We booked a 2 queen bed room and were given a king upon check in. Even with proof of the room we had booked we were told we could not have the room switched to what we had booked because it was booked 3rd party. This was 2pm, so there would have still been plenty of rooms available. We worked out the issue ourselves and switched with another family that had received the wrong room as well. Terrible customer service
