Springhill Suites by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

Nice and clean facility. Lighting is lacking in all hotels, so that was no surprise. Other than that, for a one night stay, it was ideal for our family.

This hotel was beautiful, clean and the room was perfect for our family of 4. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices, not just coffee and muffins. I highly recommend this hotel for the cost, cleanliness, and comfort!

I really enjoy this place. The atmosphere was great, the pool was not to cold. I also liked that it was next to a Golden Corral buffet. that made dinner plans convenient for the family.

Good stay. Although the pool is cold. 2nd time i stayed here and the water is too cold for even the kids to go in and swim.

We absolutely loved our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel smells amazing throughout. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had a ton of options! My family enjoyed the pool.

We booked there specifically so we had a hotel with an indoor pool for the kids and a hot tub for my husband. The property photos show a hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub had been filled in so there was no hot tub. We were going to just swim instead, but the water was so cold we couldn’t even get in. We tried for a couple of minutes but everyone as miserable and freezing so we left. I asked the staff to adjust the temperature but they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We had planned to spend time at the pool each day with our kids and were very disappointed. I would never have stayed there if I knew the pool was unusable.

We were transporting relatives to a midway point so they could visit with other family. We chose to stay in a suite with the little living area. It was great and provided ample room to spread out and relax while we waited for the other family members to do pick up. It would have been nice to have an armless chair in the bedroom area near the closet for dressing and putting on shoes. Overall excellent stay.

Housekeeping woke us (family with small children) up at 7:45 am. When I contacted guess services to let them know they said it was "my fault" and that the hotel policy was to send housekeeping to rooms at 7:45 am. We did not contact guess services or request housekeeping. Awful experience! If you value sleep stay elsewhere!

Primary reason for choosing this hotel was the availability of an indoor pool. With two kids, this is something important to keep the family entertained. Upon arrival at 3pm, we were informed that the pool was closed for maintenance but would be back open by 7pm. At 7pm the pool was still closed and the front desk said it would be a couple more hours. At 9pm we were told it would not be open that evening but would be definitely back open first thing in the morning. The next morning the pool is still not open. The front desk person on shift doesn't even know the pool is closed. We're then told the pool is closed indefinitely and they don't even have someone working on it. Staff doesn't seem concerned that the pool isn't available. The front cover of our a/c would not stay on and would fall off onto the floor. We were told the 4th floor was newly remodeled but there were several cracks in the ceiling and walls. The pullout hide-a-bed was aweful as you could only feel the springs and bar when lying on it. Front desk help was less than friendly.
