Cambria Hotel Akron - Canton Airport

Had issues two nights in a row with rowdy guest. Cops were called. The front desk guy said it was taken care of. The next same issues occurred. Didn’t sleep two nights in a row. Asked if I wanted to change rooms at 11:30 at night. How about you remove the guest who are causing the disturbance. Not a mother and her child. Poor management. Never called me on this issue. It was brought up to three staff members.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here in the past 2 weeks due to a family emergency. The tvs have not worked in any of the rooms, there are no extra blankets in the room for pull outs, shower dispensers were all empty except conditioner, 2 rooms had lights out, last room had large water spots on ceilings, curtains were ripped, tiles in bathroom are lifting, no trash can except bathroom. Cones at front and the van parked at the entance make it unwelcoming and work vehicles , contruction items in parking area are an eyesore.

My family stayed at this hotel and it was such a warm environment. We slept through the night. The beds were super comfortable and you could sink in the pillows. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for the experience.

This property is close to family we come to town to see. We have stayed here before but the facility needs a lot of work and a major deep clean. It would have also been nice to know there was major construction on the main road which made it difficult for Uber to find the entrance (drove around for 10 extra minutes due to it). Some of the front desk staff are very unpleasant. Can say we will not be back.

Check in was ok. They didn't provide you with details of your stay (i.e. no turnover service unless you request it, etc.). No big deal. The rooms were clean but starting to get dated. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Finding the place was a little challenging, as Google Maps takes you through a back road. Just behind the property is some sort of transport company and you had them through the night. Had an issue with the toilet not filling up very fast (flushes fine) and house keeping brings a plunger? Had about 1/8 roll of toilet paper in our room with no extra roll. We were there for 3 nights and 4 people. Minor details in turnover service that should be addressed. Requested toilet paper and was delivered to our room while we were out. In the bar/ dining area they had a sign that noted there would be a breakfast buffet with times when available. When we went down during that time and asked the front desk when it was opening. He was irritated that I asked and said there was no breakfast buffet during the weekends. He was unprofessional in the sense that he was playing on his phone and had his vape on the counter. Overall, the property and the rooms were fine. Service on the property could have been much better. The upkeep in the rooms looked to be done by non-professionals, as the caulking in the bath tubs looked like a kid did it. I would have expected a little better given the price per night.

Nice hotel at a reasonable rate. We were mixing family time and business, so had the kids with us. Our only issue was being charged breakfast when we paid at the desk separately. I caught it when we checked out. Staff were helpful in getting it corrected.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. My kids loved having a pool to swim in. The only thing that was disappointing was the free continental breakfast. We went around 8 and the only thing to eat was cereal and yogurt. We weren’t expecting much but we’re hoping for a little more than that.

No breakfast provided, pool was so small and it was packed by 15+ kids who were rude in every way possible. My 4 year old autistic son absolutely loves to swim and couldnt even do that with his older siblings because they were forced into the corner of the pool and were still getting jumped on. The hot tub was even full of children. Parents and staff not caring at all. Took my kids right back to our tiny ass room and stayed there. We had stayed at a different hotel the night before, had a huge room with a whole ass kitchen AND breakfast provided and paid roughly $100 less than this sray cost me. I know where i wont be going again.
