The room was clean and large. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We had to leave one day early due to illness of a family member and Tye, the manager, approved a refund for the second day. Was very professional and compassionate and understanding about our circumstance. We will use Hampton the next trip we go on.

The staff were very courteous and the room was spacious and clean. My children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful!

We arrived at 2:45 and we were told that our room would not be ready for 20-25 minutes due to being short staffed. That was fine. We went back to the desk at 3:15 and it was still not ready. We were traveling with two young children who were getting extremely restless. We waited 10 more minutes and went back to the desk. The gentleman at the desk was not at all pleasant with us. We ended up getting a different room because ours was not ready. We understand being short staffed but we should have been notified prior to arriving that our room would not be ready. Other than that, our stay was ok.

My family and I had a good stay at this hotel for 3 nights. The area is nice with fast access to many restaurants. It's very convenient to Canton & Akron. Cleveland is about 1 hour north and was an easy drive. The free breakfast was above expectations and the staff was all very polite and respectful. The room we were in and the breakfast area in the downstairs lobby were not pristine but were acceptably clean. Any issues I had were personal preference or due to other guests so there's no reason to give the hotel a bad review for something out of their control.

Room was described online and shown as a suite with the king bed in one room and the pull out couch in another but upon getting the room it's a bed next to the couch. Also the pool was packed with 3 large families that were not guests here. They were bit enough pillows or linens at check in and had to wait till day shift got here for help. Day shift staff is great and the breakfast is really good. The rooms are clean

There was a front desk staff member who worked overnight (red hair). He was so accommodating with my elderly family members! It made such a difference in our stay. He put us close to a door to help with shorten the walk. He needs a raise! Thank you for going above and beyond for us! The breakfast was also delicious!

The property was clean. The facilities, including the pool was well maintained. The coffee and tea bar available throughout the day was very nice as well. The staff was excellent and made us feel like family.

A family of 3, a nice hotel, affordable. Nice staff and great free breakfast. My daughter loved the pool and it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
