Hotel was very nice and clean. The suite was large and just enough space for a family of 5! The gym was the largest and nicest gym I have seen in a hotel. The only bad part was there was free breakfast, but there was only 1 staff member and she couldn’t keep up with clean plates and filling the food.

We paid for an upgraded suite with a view. At 12:43 am a dog in the next room started barking and whining and then kids started talking. Apparently very poor soundproofing in the walls. I realize the hotel is per friendly but I time no the rooms should be separated from other rooms if the sound carries that bad. Barking went on for some time until we both finally fell asleep.

Only issue we ran into was it would be great if you could place people with young children and barking dogs on their own floor. It would be great if you could place people who are having parties elsewhere (away from us). We couldn’t sleep our entire stay,

I booked atleast a month ahead of time, when I checked in they put me in the wrong room(one of less quality than I booked) they blamed expedia for "over selling them". Only solution for the first night was a twin rollaway bed. If you have 2 kids under 3 you would understand how inconvenient this is, considering I booked a room that would work for us. Then was told breakfast was till 10, get there about 930 to find out it ended at 9 and was told sorry your out of luck. The front desk staff/management definitely aren't people friendly. I was offered to move to the room i booked for the 2nd night, however we had a day full of events so when we got back it was after 5pm, and once again with 2 kids and having to pack everything and move it to another floor for one night sounds ridiculous. The room they gave us also didnt have enough towels for us or even trashbags, it was a handicap accessible room.. I had asked for towels and trash bags 3 different times and never recieved any. I will definitely never return here and definitely feel I was way over charged for the crap service and downgrade of a room. Do yourself a favor and book ANY other hotel.

We had 2 rooms with family. In the second room, the toilet did not work in the bathroom. Staff said that there was no maintenance to fix it and there were no other rooms they could offer. We ended up fixing it ourselves to get through the stay but it was just a hassle when we were there to relax and enjoy ourselves. Overall the rooms are great otherwise. Spacious and clean.

The hotel was clean. The valet parking area is a mess. People blocking traffic trying to get into the tiny valet service area. They were fairly wuick at parking and retrieving cars, but evidently sometimes too quick. One of the employees went and got our car, pulled it around, and before we even walked out the door, our car was gone. Another employee took it and parked it again. They need to have some sort of system because it was chaotic. The breakfast was good, but we must have gotten there after a rush of people because a lot of things were empty. It didn’t take long for them to get it all filled tho. The employees working at the breakfast buffet were definitely less than friendly. Neither of them smiled or spoke to anyone and looked like they hated their jobs. It very well could be because the kids’ wrestling tournament was that day and parents let their children run around and get their own food and do what they want. That would have probably had anyone in a bad mood. Last, there was less than probably 1/4 roll of toilet paper in our bathroom. I didn’t think anything of it because I figured there was more in there. I was wrong. There was no spare rolls of toilet paper. We had to use the tissues that were sitting in the bathroom counter. No major complaints

Wife had to stay close to doctor after surgery plus we had to have a suite, so post-op nurses had an adjoining yet separate room to stay in. Upon arrival, it took staff 15mins to locate a wheelchair. Rooms clean & well furnished (place was just remodeled). Asked for 6 extra pillows to keep wife upright & immobile so she wouldn't damage stitches or protective garments. They brought us 3 and said that's all they had. Really? 3 spare pillows in a 15 floor hotel??? Front desk staff very nice. Worst offense was food availability: no room service whatsoever (?) but an indoor restaurant. ($32 for a sandwich platter!?!) I decided to get something at their snack concession stand instead. Half of the shelves were empty. Hungry for a candy bar... $4 for a small Snickers!?! WTH? The only thing missing from that kind of out-and-out robbery was a gun in my face. Decided to skip that rip-off altogether and walk in rainy sleety weather to a diner a couple of blacks away. There was also a family next to us w/extremely rude & loud children (at least 3) who screamed, shouted & banged against the walls until 11pm each night. Called Front Desk 2x to ask that the neighbors quiet their noisy kids down, as my wife needed peace & quiet, (that shouldn't have mattered; there's NO excuse to let your kids acts like undisciplined screaming brats from sun up until well after sundown.) Despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. We won't be staying here again, ever. Certainly not worth almost $200/night.
