It was quiet and was only 3 minutes from family

it was close to family

Pool was frigid cold for an indoor heated pool. Heat was not on in rooms or hallways. Had to ask on hallway and pool. Large group of kids they knew we booked because of pool. Bed sheets had black hairs on the one bed. Stains all over the chair in the room. Sidewalks and parking lot were so icy and hard to navigate. Staff was very nice when called upon by why was the heat off it’s very cold outside. No garbage bags in the rooms for the containers.

The room were nice and clean and we enjoyed the fitness center and pool. Pool smelled like extreme chlorine but it was fun for the kids. It was by alot of food places and stores. We surely would Stay again.

The only good night of sleep was here, it was quiet. The pillows were also good, which was an issue at other hotels. The breakfast was not continental which means it should be good and it sure was. Very tasty, good service for breakfast. The only complaint was the pool was closed for cleaning, which was demoralizing to tired kid.

It was close to family and friends.

We were not happy with our room. The bathroom door would not shut correctly which the kids were not happy with. The TV would not work right but luckily we could log into our Netflix account and watch that. The phone in the room did not work at all. The drain for the shower was very slow like it was clogged up. The hot water did work well, the price was cheap, and the staff was very friendly. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by but if your kids always want McDonalds, the one across the street has to be in the top 5 worst ones I've been to.

It was a short family trip. Hotel was very clean and updated. Badge access to pool and front door was tricky that front desk didn’t tell us. Badge wouldn’t work to get in the pool. Front desk told me that they intentionally have the lock on the door (no badge access) due to unsupervised children in the pool. How do you access the pool WITH your children when the door wouldn’t unlock to begin with?! They told us to “prop it open” once we were in?! It made no sense.

Stayed 2nights only wanted trash taken care of an new towels told them at check in noone ever bothered bringing towels had to go get our own an noone came an got trash built up wasnt even told restaurant/bar would not be open our whole stay the elevator an halls reeked of weed Bunch of none sence actually an my stay was non refundable which i will NEVER BE RETURNING BACK there Out of all the hotels me an my family has stayed this was the worse Didnt get pics but the one bedding had rips in it an the top plastic part of the light between the 2 beds was busted up an we only had the roll of toilet paper that was on the holder
