Staybridge Suites Akron-Stow-Cuyahoga Falls, an IHG Hotel

We had a very comfortable stay. The property was very clean. The only problem that we had was they had only 2 towels in our 1 bedroom queen suite. We had adults and 3 children. We asked for 3 more but they could only spare 2. So we had to take 3 from the pool area. The pool area was not clean. It was 9 before we made it to the pool. It had not been tighten up probably the whole day. Towels and trash were everywhere. Even someone's weave was left behind. Our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes(not ours) but we ran it for them the next morning.

My husband and I were in the Stow area to visit family. Since we were staying eight nights we wanted a suite room at a non smoking property. Since my husband has breathing issues this was critical to us. The hotel definitely stood behind this policy. In addition the hotel has been updated, extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast area was open, airy and clean. We saw people playing games and cards giving the area a very welcome feeling. In the future, Staybridge Suites will be our hotel of choice.

Rooms are big and clean. Great for business or family vacation.

Pool room was way to hot to just sit and watch the kids swim. Wish it would have been more comfortable. And we got there early and were allowed to check in because we were told our room was ready. The beds were not made and we could not communicate with the cleaning people that were in the hallway working in another room. And there was dirt on the carpet that was easily picked up so it should not have been there

From check in to checkout, everything was very nice. Super clean and smells fresh, our room was very nice, and we appreciated having the kitchenette. Super quiet in the hallways, and easy on & off location from Rte 8. We will definitely use Staybridge next trip to visit family…..almost forgot, very nice breakfast buffet!

We travel from home to see family and this is our go to for the area.

We had a great and comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was clean. The room was spacious and we enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning.

Everything was pretty great only down side was we could hear kids jumping and yelling upstairs and we could hear or room next door too other than that the service was great easy to find nice breakfast

The hotel was well maintained and clean. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was unable to do absolutely anything we asked for. We ran out of tissues, called the desk. Nothing they could do so I went to CVS to buy some. I asked to have the room charges charged to a different account. The night clerk said to ask the day clerk because she couldn't make any changes, I asked the day clerk and was informed because I prepaid through Expedia I would not be able to change the payment method. Which was not the case at a number of other hotels I have stayed in. While the Breakfast area was really very nice it was to small and couldn't accommodate the number of people staying there. I went to Breakfast at 8:30 on Saturday and almost all of the food was either gone and not refilled or never put out in the first place. My wife had to ask a number of times for more forks so our kids could eat their waffles they had to wait 30 minutes to get. When she asked the front desk person to help, the front desk clerk rolled her eyes and said she would have to ask the breakfast attendant. I don't think we will be back.

Staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good for free breakfast. Clean and large rooms, perfect for big family. Priced reasonably! Great place.
