Loved this hotel!!! It was spacious and in a great location. The front desk staff were very nice. There’s a basketball court for kids. They provided a well pumped up basketball. They sent text messages to check in with us. They seem to be really focused on the guests. The breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. The staff were the best. I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I came for the weekend to just spend some time together away from the kids. The property and room was nice. Service was great. We will definitely be back again!

I travel a lot - I stay at nice hotels - Especially when traveling with my wife. We booked this hotel because some of my family were also booked there. I had a nice suite - not a standard room - the suite was very nice and spacious. The issue, which is huge, was that there was little to no water pressure in our room. When we went to request a room change - the people in front of us were told that they were filled to capacity and there were no rooms available, so we turned around and went back to the room. Paying what I did, we should not have had to go to another family members room to take a proper shower. Room 101 had little to no water pressure and there was nothing that they could do. When I went to speak to someone about this at checkout, no one was available for over10 minutes and I had to hit the road.

The Hampton Inn in Streetsborough was all I look for in a hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, updates facilities and friendly, welcoming staff. I have been turned off by other hotels that don’t have staff that behave like they want to be there. This stay was refreshing and the staff all were friendly and acted as if they were happy to be there helping us. I have family in the area so I will be returning often.

Quiet property and friendly staff. This is our go-to hotel when visiting family. Also the only dog friendly hotel around the area!
