This was a really nice property to stay in. I really loved how close it was to every place I needed to go to or visit, including restaurants, family, and shopping. The staff, especially AJay was personable and helpful. The continental breakfast was more than continental, that was a lot of food to fill up on. The pool, although small was a lot of fun, for those of us who don't know how to swim, I wish there was a hot tub, but the pool served its purpose. The room was nice and clean as well. The only thing missing was a liquid soap and lotion mount by the sink. They only had that one little bitty soap, but I'm glad I travel with my own. Yet having that as an option, that little touch would've given the room a little more pizazz. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend Fairfield, they aim to please.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area! Our family typically gravitates more toward AirBNB's these days but for the short time we were in town we thought a hotel would be most convenient and most affordable option. Check-in was easy, room was well-kept and fully stocked with everything we needed. All facilities were clean (including the pool and workout room, we utilized both with our kids!) and staff was super friendly and helpful! This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in awhile!

This hotel is easily accessible off Route 8. We had an easy check in and were pleased with our 2 queen room. Very comparable to other hotels at this price point. Pool is very small, but fine for kids. Fitness room is larger, but sparse equipment (perhaps a holdover from COVID). Breakfast is great, including healthier offerings such as oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. Kids loved the Belgian waffle machines. This, in itself, is enough for us to choose this hotel again. For the price, a great value.

Very modern hotel for a great price! We will definitely be staying here again! I did not have the breakfast, so I can't speak for that, but everything else was great. Everything seemed very clean. I even saw someone cleaning the elevators. One special touch that I liked was the games in the lobby for guests to play. I was alone on this trip, but that would definitely be a perk for families.

We were in town for a short trip and found the hotel a great choice due to price, location, quality and amenities. The pool was nice but our kids didn’t go in a second time because it was so cold in the room. The water temp was ok but the room was ice cold. We used the gym several times and that was equipped very nicely for a small gym. The staff were all nice but no one was looking to go an extra mile. It was a hello and goodbye nice. That’s better than you get some places so we take that as a “good”.

Very clean & well-cared for hotel. The staff worked very hard to keep breakfast well-stocked and tables clear as it was a very busy weekend with several large family groups.The location was close to our family in Tallmadge & a little hiking in the National Park. Thank you for a comfortable stay!
