It was SO humid and damp in the rooms it was unbearable. We had to switch rooms because our first room had lights that were out and no one was able to fix them (bathroom). We have young kids who need a light in the bathroom. We hardly were able to sleep because it felt like you were sleeping in a pool of water.

Booked 4 rooms for overnight stay for family trip to Cedar Point and Cedar Point Shores, the water park. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very easy to find after leaving the park. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the showers. The breakfast was nice with a self making waffle station. Also located in a nice area with many food options and shopping areas. Nice convenient hotel for our overnight family trip.

Great customer service. Great breakfast in the morning complimentary. Just sucked the pool was down for renovations, so the kids played in the hallway, until we had a noise complaint 😆

Don’t recommend this property for as cheap as it is. First one had huge white stains all over the bed skirt, the beds weren’t even made upon entry. Called the front desk and gave them the benefit of the doubt. They switched us to another room, both comforters were covered in huge oil looking stains. There was a bug and hair on the floor in the bathroom. Our child was in tears, we were assured that we would receive a refund the following day when a manager showed up. We checked in and left the property within and hour after two different rooms. Called back the following morning and was told that I was lying and the beds were clean but they were aware of the stains. What a joke of a place! Very unprofessional

It was okay, we were here for a volleyball tournament. There were kids running through the halls but not super late. Kids enjoyed the pool. Doors shuts really hard and loud, can hear when people around come in / leave. Bring dome ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Super convenient and close to everything and was a great price.

The staff was nice and friendly but that’s it we booked 2 rooms one room was dirty it hadn’t been cleaned so they moved us to another room and both rooms had BED BUGS so we left in the middle of the night with our children and had to find another hotel to stay at

When I arrived the staff was very nice but however my room was dirty there were Canada dry cans in trash can and laying around in the room there was a lot of hair in room dirty mirrors old plum on floor a plate of food under pull out sofa popcorn seeds all on floor I reported the room so they gave me another room once I got in room took kids to pool which there were no towels at pool we went back to the room to get settled in and I found a bed bug in the bed I had to drive around at11pm at night looking for another hotel to accommodate my kids and myself it was horrible we didn’t find a room until 1am

A little dated, but friendly staff and clean rooms. A good option that has free breakfast and a pool for the kids.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed making waffles. The pool and gym needs repairs. Room had everything requested. Area seemed very safe and had lots of food options.

The property was just okay. We stayed here for our visit to Cedar Point...about a 10-15 minute drive away. Had a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch. Beds were good, but pull out couch was extremely squeaking and obnoxious. My son folded it back in and slept on the couch part, then we used an air mattress the next night. Bathroom was dated and super humid....the fan sucked. Not the cleanest but it was okay. Pool area was like a sauna...it was so hot in there. Not necessarily a bad thing if you're swimming, but if you're just watching the kids, it was hard to sit there for very long. I had to leave multiple times just to catch my breath. There was clumps of hair all around the pool and the water itself wasn't very clean. Kids had fun but it was a bit icky for my liking. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants, etc. Breakfast was okay...waffles, sausage, eggs, 2 kinds of bland cereal, toast, apples and yogurt. It was okay, but the day after we went to Cedar Point, my kids were exhausted and slept in...so we missed breakfast because it ended at 9. Should definitely end later, 9:30-10:00am. All in all, it was just okay. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
