Well appointed chain hotel, convenient for our purposes. Also convenient for Cedar Point Sports Complex and Cedar Point Waterpark, so expect plenty of kids in school break season.
Free ice cream each evening and extended breakfast hours in summer.

Squeaky bathroom door that wakes the whole family in the middle of the night, dust bunnies everywhere, no toiletries in room, smells like a locker room upon entry.
No ice machines anywhere-Checked all 4 floors.

Hotel is okay, maybe too pricey not a good value, it’s more of a convenient location near Cedar Point. Very busy with kids so family friendly, probably would not recommend for adults not traveling with kids.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the breakfast although I do wish there were more vegetarian options or at least a non-dairy milk.

Room was ok. Property is ok. Its location to Cedar Point is its biggest asset and deficit simultaneously. There were loads of kids there and the pool was packed. Teens were hanging out around every corner. It did stay relatively quiet, considering how busy the hotel was. Check in was smooth, I had two rooms that I had requested to be on the same floor, but they were not able to accommodate that request. The rooms were one floor apart, which was ok but not ideal.
Rooms had no usb charging, only plug, which was frustrating. We only had one towel in our room. The furniture was pretty uncomfortable, but sufficient for extra seating. Grout in rooms needs a good scrub. The room size was good and we did appreciate the small table and chairs, fridge and bar sink (King suite).
I drink hot tea and the hot water carafe in the lounge was empty the whole stay (1night). Breakfast was decent. Pancake machines (1 of 2 was broken), powdered eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits. Continental items also, like bagels and yogurt. Breakfast nook area is tight when busy, but there is plenty of seating in the lounge. The restroom right off the lounge was very untidy the one time I visited it, right after breakfast. It may have just been the timing as the cleaners were in the hall.

Great hotel, staff helpful and kind. Breakfast good and plenty offered. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy pillows ok. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Lots to do in the area, plenty of parking. Had cute display for kids Martian punch, moon pies, star crunch and glasses for the eclipse, thoughtful and cute!

The suite was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 kids! The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the room did have an odor but wasn't intolerable. The beds were decent but didn't seem as big as an actual queen size. The breakfast was great and the pool room and fitness room were both clean.

They were very good to my family upon booking. It appears that the staff were overworked and it showed

Love being close to Cedar Point. Lots of kids but room was clean and breakfast was decent. No laundry facilities is a negative.
