Best Western Plus Sandusky Hotel & Suites

Everything went well. People at the desk were very pleasant. Very quick check in. One night the worker put out candy & bags of mini chips for the guests. The cappuccino machine in the lobby was absolutely horrible. Needs to go straight in the trash. Breakfast was great. Different kinds of eggs, some mixed with potatoes, gravy, meats..there was hashbrowns, biscuits, muffins, bacon, sausage patties etc.. they had everything. Rooms were very clean except for under the couch was pretty disgusting. I went down to make sure my kids didn’t lose anything under there but didn’t want to sick my hand under there but wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. Either way they should clean it…Not enough handicap spots or parking in general in the front, ended up being fine though. Plenty of trolleys in the front to move luggage. Mattresses weren’t bad but could definitely be better. Sheets soft & clean. Room set up was good, nice size etc.. good channels on tv. I didn’t check it out but Kids said pool was warm/hot. I would recommend to anyone & I would definitely stay again :)

The beds were very comfortable! The bedroom option was perfect for the family!

My family & I had a great experience here however, one thing I would change is the warmth of the pool as it was cold when my family & I utilized the pool. Other than that, the staff was so friendly & had a great experience!

Second time staying in the suite with my whole family. Convenient to Kalahari and close to all the other attractions. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and clean and that’s the best!

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus in Sandusky. Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel in a location close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was spacious and included a microwave and refrigerator, which was a nice plus. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Small indoor pool area. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. On the sign outside of the hotel they advertised pancakes and French toast, which I kept expecting... but that never happened. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for families, couples or work.

Best hotel to go to if you’re traveling with family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially if they are going to cedar point!

The front desk girl, Alexis, was so kind and helpful! The pool is a therapy pool so the water is warm and perfect to lounge in while my toddlers splashed around. They upgraded our room upon check in to a double-room (4queen beds), which was an awesome surprise! Overall, great stay, we’ll be back again :)

This place is so clean and updated!!! We stayed in the suite that had a separate bedroom in it with a bed in there and door to close off from the other two beds. The shower is amazing and has great water pressure and stayed hot. The staff is super nice and helpful. Totally recommend and will be staying here every time I visit my family in Sandusky

Close to Cedar Point able to accommodate late check in and larger family.

Rooms were clean and enough space to accomidaye our family in 1 room. Updated recently.. only real negative was the size of the pool. Not really meant for anyone to swim in
