Close to the funeral home where my family member was laid to rest. Hotel was clean and the kindness was appreciated.

First off the elevator was broke and try to put us on second floor which was fixed but had to take a king bed and not 2 double. They ice machine was out . Pool was not heated . Breakfast was not good. No juice no milk and took 15 minutes to fix fix coffee machine. The heat was out of building in the halls and pool area . Rooms were ok but the bathroom was not. Water smell bad and the tub was rusted. I was in town to do my Christmas with my grandkids and I planned a great time with pool time. Checkout day the pool was warmer.

No elevator, got to the hotel and the pool was closed until further notice. My kids were very disappointed of not being able to get in the pool.

Hampton Inn Columbus-East has been our go to place when visiting family for the weekend for over five years. It's not elegant, but nice big rooms and affordable. It's convenient to everything, and has a good hot breakfast we enjoy and the staff has always been courteous. It has a pool we haven't tried yet, but intend to one day.

It was nice stay but we couldn't really use the pool. It was full of noisy and boisterous kids even up until 930. Maybe some quiet hours so everyone can enjoy it would be nice
