Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Airport East, an IHG Hotel

Stayed here for a trip to the Ohio State Fair. It was a fine hotel, nothing fancy. Lots of kids and families so it was a bit loud plus the gave us a room right by the pool so it was extra noisy.

The rooms were very clean. Beds were very comty and loved the pillows. Enjoyed the big hot tub and great breakfast. The outside fire pit area was very nice to sit by with family and talk. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice and I loved how they gave our pup a very nice treat bag.

I’ve stayed at other holiday inn suites. This one was not the best or worst. There was baby daddy drama outside in front one night and people down the hall arguing during the night.

Both my children ended up having asthma attacks from The dirty ventilation.

Perfect for our family, hot tub was hot for the adults, kids loved the pool, breakfast was good in the morning.

They accommodate families and gave a very friendly service

Hotel was ok . Staff was busy socializing instead of working . The breakfast was ok . Very noisy with doors always slamming and kids running down the hallway at 11 at night . No housekeeping unless you stayed more than 3 days

The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing and very friendly me and my family was part of the power outages and we got the room last minute and i must say we're very pleased the area had plenty of places to eat and was all in close range i live not that far i was really amazed at the stay and the room fit 4 adults and 1 toddler 😀 which loved the pool

I will share most of the email I sent the property, whom has not gotten back to me: My family and I (Me, my husband, and 7, 5, and 4 year old sons) stayed here the last weekend of April. I am requesting a credit or a partial refund for that stay. Please call me. When we take our 3 busy boys on trips we usually stay in an Airbnb. We instead decided on a hotel this time specifically so that we could swim, and even more specifically so that I could use a hot tub. When we arrived after a 5 hour drive from Michigan we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw that the pool was empty. This was a business trip, so there was a good portion of the day that I had planned to spend in the pool with the kids. Instead we had to pay even more money to find entertainment for our family. We were told that maintenance was running behind on the pool. A point I would like to make is that if there was enough time to empty and entire pool and hot tub, there would be enough time to update your website. I spent 2 hours searching for the hotel w/ a pool & hot tub. We chose this one because it said it was "family friendly" and had a photo of the pool & hot tub. It was 15 min. out of our way, but again it had the amenities we wanted. I turned down a $200 cheaper hotel because Expedia crossed off "pool" and "hot tub" off their website. I also turned down other hotels that were cheaper because they didn't have one. We were told to call the hotel down the street which was booked. Please contact me.
