Holiday Inn Express And Suites Painesville - Concord, an IHG Hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the Painesville area. The hotel is 5 years old, but so well kept that I thought it was new. The rooms are well appointed and the amenities are very nice for a hotel of this size. Nice well maintained indoor pool (not large), guest coin laundry, large breakfast area with a great free breakfast, computer in the lobby along with a nice sitting area with a large TV. The staff were friendly and quick to respond with anything we needed. Right next to the hotel is a large shopping area with two nice restaurants (loved Panini’s Bar & Grill) and a very nice grocery store. We were in town for a family wedding, but also visited the Rock and Roll HOF and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Both were less than an hour drive from the hotel.

We arrived in the late evening the staff acted annoyed to have to do the checkin, we have 3 kids and have never had someone complain about us being a family with children who we allow to be kids the staff yelled at my kids and then my husband

The front staff was amazing and so understanding. We were in town for a difficult family situation and they were so understanding of our needs.

Jennifer was awesome and really had my family set up nice. The most accommodating experience. We'll definitely be back next year.
