The best hotel experience we've had yet! Mark was amazing with breakfast both mornings. He cleaned up tables immediately. He kept all sections stocked, full and fresh. He engaged in conversation with my entire family. He was truly A GREAT representation of the hotel. Our room was very clean. The pool was the right temperature, towels laid out for guest to easily grab. Hotel hallways were clean and fresh. Fresh water was full and always available.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good- my kids loved the doughnuts and cinnamon rolls.

The family were in OH for fishing, early rise for all. The Comfort Inn had water turned off to the rooms at 4:30am so nobody was able to get showers, flush toilet, or run water in the sink. We all brushed our teeth with our bottled water. Worse part, Comfort Inn wasnt concerned and instructed us this is normal for them. Water was diverted from the rooms to fill the pool. Ill never stay at another Comfort Inn.

I came to Painesville for a family wedding. I was joyfully greeted. My room was clean and quiet. The air unit worked quite well. The bed and pillows were super comfy!!!

The room was very narrow and didn't afford enough space for travel with children 2 and under. Our bathroom had a leaking shower with damage to the tub. Our room was not serviced and required multiple inquiries for fresh towels. Back side doors were locked upon exit without card key access and parking in front was extremely limited.

I’ve stayed here many times over the years while visiting family. It’s conveniently located, and the first place I call for availability. It’s always been clean and accommodations and staff can’t be beat. I’m sure there are other hotels in the area by I don’t look any further once I contact the Comfort Inn. It’s all in the name!
